【摘要】：目的了解新生兒重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房(NICU)醫(yī)院感染情況及其危險(xiǎn)因素,制定防控對(duì)策。方法采取回顧性調(diào)查方法,對(duì)該醫(yī)院NICU收治的新生兒醫(yī)院感染現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并對(duì)進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)環(huán)境衛(wèi)生學(xué)監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果本次共調(diào)查該醫(yī)院NICU住院新生兒1 658例,發(fā)生院內(nèi)獲得性感染患者45例,醫(yī)院感染率為2.7%。感染高發(fā)部位為皮膚和下呼吸道,感染構(gòu)成比分別為71.7%和17.8%。該NICU醫(yī)務(wù)人員手衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量和暖箱等衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量較好,新生兒沐浴用品等細(xì)菌超標(biāo)明顯。結(jié)論該醫(yī)院NICU住院新生兒皮膚感染發(fā)生率較高,其沐浴用品是重點(diǎn)防護(hù)環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the (NICU) nosocomial infection and its risk factors in neonatal intensive care unit (ICU). Methods A retrospective investigation was carried out to investigate the status of nosocomial infection in neonates admitted to NICU in this hospital, and indoor environmental hygiene monitoring was carried out. Results A total of 1,658 neonates in hospital with NICU were investigated and 45 cases of nosocomial infection occurred. The nosocomial infection rate was 2.7%. The high incidence of infection was in the skin and lower respiratory tract, and the infection composition ratio was 71.7% and 17.8%, respectively. The NICU medical staff hand hygiene quality and warm box hygiene quality is better, neonatal bath products and other bacteria exceeded the standard. Conclusion the incidence of skin infection in neonates in NICU hospital is high.
