【摘要】：目的：收集整理麗水市艾滋病相關(guān)的資料數(shù)據(jù)；估計(jì)當(dāng)?shù)匾咔橐?guī)模及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，全面評(píng)估艾滋病對(duì)一個(gè)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響；提出適合當(dāng)?shù)氐�、可行的艾滋病防治�?yīng)對(duì)措施。方法：通過(guò)信息收集、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、定性訪談等方法進(jìn)行基線調(diào)查，估計(jì)當(dāng)?shù)匕滩〉囊咔橐?guī)模；用直接法、人力資本法分別估算艾滋病的直接和間接經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)，估算艾滋病造成當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)損失大��；通過(guò)艾滋病形勢(shì)分析、資源調(diào)用等方法，提出針對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)匕滩∫咔榈膽?yīng)對(duì)措施。結(jié)果：目前麗水市雖然仍屬于艾滋病低流行區(qū)，但由于當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)水平較低，流動(dòng)人口眾多(約88萬(wàn))，艾滋病傳播的危險(xiǎn)因素廣泛存在。人群艾滋病知識(shí)知曉率均偏低，普通人群、學(xué)生及暗娼分別為68.06％、74.69％和56.63％；定性訪談發(fā)現(xiàn)暗娼和吸毒者多為無(wú)正當(dāng)職業(yè)人員，他們認(rèn)為全市暗娼或吸毒者眾多。暗娼之間交流防病知識(shí)較少，，擔(dān)憂患婦科疾病和性病等問(wèn)題。這提示可以通過(guò)提供質(zhì)優(yōu)價(jià)廉的醫(yī)療服務(wù)進(jìn)行干預(yù)。吸毒者一般都知道吸毒更易感染艾滋病，對(duì)吸毒者的干預(yù)應(yīng)該以幫助他們?nèi)サ舳景a為主。多數(shù)暗娼能說(shuō)出同伴防護(hù)情況，這說(shuō)明她們之間存在相互聯(lián)系與溝通。而吸毒者之間的聯(lián)系更加密切，這提示我們?cè)诟深A(yù)時(shí)采用同伴教育是可行的。高危人群包括暗娼、吸毒者、嫖客、歸國(guó)人員、外省移民、艾滋病感染者配偶、男同性戀者；估計(jì)麗水市現(xiàn)有艾滋病感染者或病人312～1852例，平均約為1082例，艾滋病對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)卦斐傻慕?jīng)濟(jì)損失約為427,329,516.136元；初步估計(jì)未來(lái)五年將出現(xiàn)艾滋病感染者5464例。結(jié)論：當(dāng)?shù)匕滩?shí)際疫情規(guī)模遠(yuǎn)高于報(bào)告數(shù)，艾滋病已對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)卦斐闪司薮蟮慕?jīng)濟(jì)損失，應(yīng)盡快采取應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
[Abstract]:Objective: to collect and sort out the data of AIDS in Lishui City, estimate the scale and development trend of local epidemic situation, evaluate the impact of AIDS on the economy of a region, and put forward some feasible measures for AIDS prevention and treatment. Methods: to estimate the epidemic scale of local AIDS by means of information collection, questionnaire survey, qualitative interview and so on. Direct method, human capital method to estimate the direct and indirect economic burden of AIDS, estimated the size of local economic losses caused by AIDS; Through AIDS situation analysis, resource transfer and other methods, the local AIDS epidemic response measures are put forward. Results: although Lishui is still a low prevalence area of AIDS, the risk factors of AIDS transmission are widespread because of the low economic level and large floating population (about 880000). The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among the general population, students and prostitutes was 68.06% and 56.63% respectively. Qualitative interviews found that the majority of illegal sex workers and drug addicts, they think that the city's clandestine prostitutes or drug addicts. Sex workers communicate less knowledge about disease prevention and worry about gynaecological diseases and sexually transmitted diseases. This suggests intervention by providing quality and inexpensive medical services. Drug users generally know that drug use is more susceptible to HIV / AIDS, and intervention should focus on helping them get rid of their addiction. Most prostitutes were able to talk about peer protection, which indicated that they were connected and communicated with each other. The closer association between drug users suggests that peer education is feasible in intervention. High risk groups include prostitutes, drug users, clients, returning personnel, immigrants from other provinces, spouses of AIDS patients, gay men; It is estimated that there are 312 AIDS cases in Lishui city, with an average of 1082 cases, and the local economic loss caused by AIDS is about 427329516.136 yuan. It is estimated that 5464 cases will be infected with AIDS in the next five years. Conclusion: the actual scale of the local AIDS epidemic is much higher than the reported number, AIDS has caused huge economic losses to the local area, and measures should be taken as soon as possible.
