【摘要】：目的研究一種酸性增效劑對(duì)三氯生乙醇復(fù)方消毒液滅活病毒的增效作用。方法采用懸液定量滅活試驗(yàn)方法,檢測(cè)了含酸性增效劑的復(fù)方三氯生乙醇消毒液對(duì)脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒、流感病毒和EV71病毒的滅活效果。結(jié)果該酸性增效劑為某有機(jī)酸物質(zhì),直接加入到濃度為5 g/L三氯生乙醇(體積分?jǐn)?shù)55%)復(fù)方消毒液中制備而成。用含20 g/L酸性增效劑的該三氯生乙醇復(fù)方消毒液原液作用1 min,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒、EV71病毒和流感病毒滅活對(duì)數(shù)值均≥4.0;而不加酸性增效劑的該復(fù)方消毒液原液作用1 min,對(duì)脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒的滅活對(duì)數(shù)值1.0。隨著加入酸性增效劑劑量的加大,該復(fù)方消毒液對(duì)脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒的滅活效果也逐漸增強(qiáng)。結(jié)論該酸性增效劑對(duì)復(fù)方三氯生乙醇消毒液滅活3種試驗(yàn)病毒株的效果具有明顯增效作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the synergistic effect of an acid synergist on virus inactivation of compound disinfection solution of triclosan ethanol.
