【摘要】：目的評價(jià)福建省慢性病綜合防控示范區(qū)長樂市、福清市和南安市居民的高血壓病現(xiàn)狀,分析影響高血壓病患病的環(huán)境因素,并提出防治對策。方法 2014年4-9月,筆者科室對福建省長樂市、福清市和南安市的部分居民進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場問卷調(diào)查,并對高血壓病的主要影響因素進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)。結(jié)果福建省長樂市、福清市和南安市的部分居民高血壓病總患病率為20.9%,且男女性患病率差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。居民高血壓病患病率隨年齡的增長而逐漸增高,≥60歲組的患病率最高。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,經(jīng)性別、年齡、文化程度和婚姻狀況調(diào)整后,居民患高血壓病的環(huán)境危險(xiǎn)因素為經(jīng)常飲酒、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)偏高和向心性肥胖。結(jié)論福建省長樂市、福清市和南安市的部分居民高血壓病是由多種因素共同作用的結(jié)果,需要加大健康生活方式的宣傳力度。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the present situation of hypertension in Changle City Fuqing City and Nanan City of Fujian Province analyze the environmental factors affecting the prevalence of hypertension and put forward the countermeasures. Methods from April to September 2014, a questionnaire survey was conducted among some residents in Changle, Fuqing and Nanan, Fujian Province, and the main influencing factors of hypertension were comprehensively evaluated. Results the total prevalence of hypertension in some residents of Changle, Fuqing and Nanan in Fujian Province was 20.9, and the difference between male and female was statistically significant.
