【摘要】：目的了解畢節(jié)市重癥手足口病的流行特征,為手足口病防治工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法應(yīng)用描述流行病學(xué)的方法,對(duì)2009-2014年畢節(jié)市重癥手足口病的流行特征進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果畢節(jié)市2009-2014年累計(jì)報(bào)告手足口病12 650例,其中重癥589例,死亡26人,重癥比例4.66%。全市8縣(區(qū))均有重癥病例報(bào)告,但差異較大。全年均可能有重癥病例發(fā)生,高峰期為4-7月。以散居兒童居多,占92.87%,3歲以下兒童占81.15%,男女發(fā)病比為2.1∶1。病原學(xué)檢測(cè)結(jié)果,EV71型占62.66%、其他腸道病毒占27.68%、Cox A16型占9.40%。結(jié)論畢節(jié)市重癥手足口病比例較高,死亡人數(shù)較多,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)3歲以下兒童監(jiān)護(hù)人的健康教育,加大基層醫(yī)務(wù)人員業(yè)務(wù)技術(shù)培訓(xùn),提高重癥手足口病的識(shí)別診斷和醫(yī)療救治能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic characteristics of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Bijie City and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of HFMD. Methods Epidemiology was used to analyze the epidemic characteristics of severe hand, foot and mouth disease in Bijie from 2009 to 2014. Results 12 650 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease were reported in Bijie City from 2009 to 2014, of which 589 were severe, 26 died, and the proportion of severe disease was 4.66. Severe cases were reported in 8 counties (districts), but the difference was great. Severe cases may occur throughout the year, with a peak of April-July. Children living in the diaspora accounted for most of them, accounting for 92.87%, accounting for 81.15% of children under the age of 3, with a male-to-female morbidity ratio of 2.1: 1. The results of etiological examination showed that EV71 type was 62.66 and other enterovirus was 27.68%, and Cox A16 was 9.40%. Conclusion the proportion of severe hand, foot and mouth disease in Bijie City is high and the number of deaths is high. It is necessary to strengthen the health education of the guardians of children under 3 years of age, increase the technical training of medical personnel at the grass-roots level, and improve the ability of recognition, diagnosis and medical treatment of severe hand, foot and mouth disease.
