【摘要】：目的了解昌平區(qū)各級醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒效果,科學(xué)指導(dǎo)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒。方法對各級醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒效果監(jiān)測結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2010年-2012年檢測合格率分別為90.85%、95.69%和98.48%,3年的合格率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=71.45,P0.05);不同檢測項(xiàng)目中室內(nèi)空氣合格率為82.87%,物體表面合格率98.14%,手表面合格率為92.94%,壓力蒸汽滅菌器的合格率99.07%,使用中的消毒劑合格均為100.00%,污水合格率為96.43%,不同檢測項(xiàng)目合格率差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=251.36,P0.05);不同級別醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)合格率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=31.91,P0.05)。結(jié)論昌平區(qū)各級醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒工作狀況總體較好,樣品監(jiān)測合格率較高,但仍然存在一些問題,需采取進(jìn)一步措施加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)工作及消毒監(jiān)測和管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Changping District and scientifically direct disinfection of medical institutions. Methods the monitoring results of disinfection effect in medical institutions at all levels were statistically analyzed. Results from 2010 to 2012, the qualified rate of examination was 90.85% and 98.48%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant in 3 years (蠂 2, 71.45%, P0.05). The qualified rate of indoor air was 82.87, the qualified rate of object surface was 98.14, the qualified rate of hand surface was 92.94. the qualified rate of pressure steam sterilizer was 99.077.The qualified rate of disinfectants in use was 100.00. The qualified rate of sewage was 96.43, the difference of qualified rate of different test items was statistically significant (蠂 2 / 251.36 P 0.05); There was significant difference in qualified rate among different levels of medical institutions (蠂 2, 31.91, P 0.05). Conclusion the disinfection work of medical institutions at all levels in Changping District is good in general, and the qualified rate of sample monitoring is high, but there are still some problems. Further measures should be taken to strengthen the training work and disinfection monitoring and management.
