【摘要】：目的 了解醫(yī)務(wù)人員為HIV／AIDS感染者／疑似者(People Living with HIV／AIDS，PLHAs)提供醫(yī)療服務(wù)過程中存在的歧視現(xiàn)狀及原因，為下一步進(jìn)行有針對性的干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。 方法 本研究為橫斷面調(diào)查設(shè)計，采用定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法。 結(jié)果 醫(yī)務(wù)人員在為PLHAs提供醫(yī)療服務(wù)過程中存在一定程度的歧視；醫(yī)務(wù)人員對PLHAs的接受態(tài)度有待提高；HIV／AIDS專業(yè)知識掌握不足；醫(yī)務(wù)人員存在HIV職業(yè)暴露的風(fēng)險，醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)缺乏相關(guān)的職業(yè)暴露規(guī)章制度。 結(jié)論 醫(yī)療服務(wù)過程中確實存在HIV／AIDS相關(guān)的歧視。原因是：(1)醫(yī)務(wù)人員對HIV／AIDS的專業(yè)知識認(rèn)識不足或有誤，由此帶來恐懼，，甚至對服務(wù)對象作道德評判；(2)醫(yī)療單位對職業(yè)暴露的有關(guān)規(guī)定未嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行，防護(hù)措施未完全到位。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation and causes of discrimination in the process of medical service provided by medical personnel to HIV/AIDS infected / suspected patients with (People Living with HIV/AIDS,PLHAs. To provide the basis for the next step of targeted intervention. Methods this study was designed for cross-sectional investigation, using quantitative and qualitative methods. Results there was some discrimination in the process of providing medical service to PLHAs, the acceptance attitude of medical staff to PLHAs should be improved, the professional knowledge of HIV/AIDS was insufficient. Medical personnel are exposed to the risk of HIV occupational exposure, medical institutions lack of relevant occupational exposure rules and regulations. Conclusion HIV/AIDS-related discrimination does exist in the course of medical service. The reasons are as follows: (1) the medical staff have insufficient or wrong understanding of the professional knowledge of HIV/AIDS, which brings about fear, and even makes moral judgment on the object of service; (2) the relevant regulations of medical units on occupational exposure are not strictly enforced, and the protective measures are not fully in place.
