【摘要】：目的了解男女大學(xué)生艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)、態(tài)度、行為現(xiàn)狀,為制定適合當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的干預(yù)策略和方案提供依據(jù)。方法采用不記名方式,對(duì)全國(guó)46所高校的全日制大學(xué)生通過分類整群非隨機(jī)抽樣的方法進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果男女大學(xué)生艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)認(rèn)知程度均不高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);女生對(duì)艾滋病感染者的態(tài)度較男生更為寬容、理性(P0.01);男生發(fā)生婚前性行為的有33.37%,女生有14.66%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);男女生婚前性行為中采取艾滋病預(yù)防措施的分別為47.17%,48.93%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);女生認(rèn)為不該發(fā)生婚前性行為的比例高于男生,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論男女生在艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)、對(duì)感染者的態(tài)度及婚前性行為方面存在差異。結(jié)合大學(xué)生社會(huì)性別特征開展性健康教育是有效預(yù)防艾滋病的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of AIDS related knowledge, attitude and behavior of male and female college students, and to provide basis for formulating intervention strategies and programs suitable for current college students. Methods Full-time college students in 46 universities in China were investigated by cluster non-random sampling. Results the cognitive level of AIDS-related knowledge of male and female college students was not high, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the attitude of female students to HIV / AIDS infection was more tolerant and rational than that of male students (P0.01). The incidence of premarital sex was 33.37 for boys and 14.66 for girls, with statistical significance (P0.01). The prevention measures of AIDS in premarital sexual behavior of male and female students were 47.17 and 48.93, respectively. The difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). The proportion of girls who should not have premarital sex was higher than that of boys, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion there are differences in AIDS related knowledge, attitude and premarital sexual behavior among male and female students. It is an important way to effectively prevent HIV / AIDS to carry out sexual health education in combination with gender characteristics of college students.
