【摘要】： 艾滋病(AIDS),即“獲得性免疫缺陷綜合癥”,是由人類免疫缺陷病毒引起的,嚴(yán)重危害人類生命健康和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的傳染性疾病。目前對艾滋病流行造成的影響研究,雖然涉及到艾滋病家庭微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會支持等諸多方面,但所采用的評價方法主要是定性描述、χ2檢驗(yàn)或秩和檢驗(yàn)等。 由于模糊綜合評價在處理各種復(fù)雜問題方面表現(xiàn)出了獨(dú)特的優(yōu)越性,已被廣泛的應(yīng)用多個領(lǐng)域。 目的 為了更客觀、全面地分析艾滋病對個人及其家庭的影響,量化艾滋病造成影響的嚴(yán)重程度,為政府部門制定相應(yīng)的衛(wèi)生政策,該研究擬采用模糊綜合評價方法探討艾滋病對個人及其家庭影響。 方法 論文主要采用因子分析、delphi法、層次分析法、模糊綜合評價方法等。 所用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件有SPSS16.0和Excel,檢驗(yàn)水準(zhǔn)a=0.05 結(jié)果 1.建立艾滋病對個人及其家庭影響的評價體系,并確定權(quán)重 艾滋病對個人及其家庭影響的指標(biāo)體系包含了4個一級指標(biāo)和10個二級指標(biāo)。其中“健康和生活狀況”、“社會交往”、“經(jīng)濟(jì)收入與支出”、“家庭結(jié)構(gòu)”4個一級指標(biāo)的權(quán)重A分別為0.45,0.18,0.18和0.19。 “個人健康狀況”、“住房面積”、“與親戚交往”、“與朋友交往”、“與鄰居交往”、“個人收入”、“家庭收入”、“日常消費(fèi)支出”、“看病支出”和“3代內(nèi)因艾滋病失去親人數(shù)”10個二級指標(biāo)的權(quán)重A分別為0.78,0.22,0.43,0.24,0.33,0.36,0.25, 0.16, 0.23,1.00。 2.艾滋病對個人及家庭影響的模糊綜合評價得分及模糊控制量 健康人的模糊評價得分J=54.4；HIV得分J=13.6,模糊控制量排在前三位的是3代內(nèi)因艾滋病失去的親人數(shù)、與鄰居交往、個人健康狀況；AIDS得分J=6.0,模糊控制量排在前三位的是3代內(nèi)因艾滋病失去的親人數(shù)、與鄰居交往、日常消費(fèi)支出。 3.艾滋病對個人及其家庭的影響各領(lǐng)域模糊綜合評價得分 HIV組：健康生活狀況,社會交往,經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、支出,家庭結(jié)構(gòu)四個領(lǐng)域模糊評價得分分別為1.1,6.9,-15.3,86.2；AIDS組：健康生活狀況,社會交往,經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、支出,家庭結(jié)構(gòu)四個領(lǐng)域模糊評價得分分別為-10.1,-3.5,-18.2,84.9。 結(jié)論 運(yùn)用模糊綜合評價方法,可以量化艾滋病造成影響的嚴(yán)重程度,健康人(54.4),HIV(13.6),AIDS(6.0)。在艾滋病的AIDS期,對個人及家庭的影響程度約為HIV的2倍,提示控制艾滋病的流行及進(jìn)展,可以大大的減輕個人及家庭的負(fù)擔(dān)。 艾滋病對四個一級領(lǐng)域的影響,最嚴(yán)重的是經(jīng)濟(jì)收入、支出方面,影響較輕的是家庭結(jié)構(gòu)方面。
[Abstract]:AIDS (AIDS), (acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome) is an infectious disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), which seriously endangers the health of human beings and the development of social economy. Although the current research on the impact of the AIDS epidemic involves many aspects such as the microeconomic and social support of AIDS families, the evaluation methods used are mainly qualitative description, 蠂 2 test or rank sum test and so on. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has been widely used in many fields because of its unique advantages in dealing with various complex problems. Objective to analyze the impact of AIDS on individuals and their families more objectively and comprehensively, to quantify the severity of the impact of AIDS, and to formulate corresponding health policies for government departments. This study will use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to explore the impact of AIDS on individuals and their families. Methods Factor analysis, delphi method, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used in this paper. The statistical software used has SPSS16.0 and Excel, test level a0. 05 results 1. The evaluation system of the impact of AIDS on individuals and their families is established, and the index system of the impact of AIDS on individuals and their families includes 4 primary indicators and 10 secondary indicators. The weights of "health and living conditions", "social interaction", "economic income and expenditure" and "family structure" are 0.45 0.180.18 and 0.19 respectively. "personal health", "area of housing", "socializing with relatives", "interacting with friends", "interacting with neighbors", "personal income", "family income", "daily consumption expenditure", The weights of "medical expenses" and "the number of lost relatives due to AIDS in three generations" were 0.788 / 0.220.43 / 0.240.33 / 0.36 / 0.25,0.16,0.231.00respectively. 2. The scores of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the impact of AIDS on individuals and families and the fuzzy evaluation scores of healthy people with fuzzy control were 54.4; HIV score was 13.6, fuzzy control ranked first three is the number of lost relatives due to AIDS within 3 generations, contact with neighbors, personal health status; AIDS score was 6.0, fuzzy control was the top three is the number of lost relatives due to AIDS within three generations, contact with neighbors, daily consumption expenditure. 3. The scores of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of AIDS on individuals and their families in all fields were as follows: healthy living condition, social intercourse, economic income, expenditure and family structure. The scores of fuzzy evaluation in four fields were 1.1 and 6.9, respectively. -15.3 nil 86.2; In AIDS group, the scores of fuzzy evaluation of healthy living condition, social intercourse, economic income, expenditure and family structure were -10.1% -3.5% -18.2% 84.9 respectively. Conclusion the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be used to quantify the severity of AIDS in healthy people (54.4), HIV (13.6), AIDS (6.0). In the AIDS phase of AIDS, the impact on individuals and families is about twice as great as that of HIV, suggesting that controlling the prevalence and progress of AIDS can greatly lighten the burden on individuals and families. The impact of AIDS on four primary areas is the most serious: income, expenditure, and the structure of the family.
