【摘要】：目的了解無(wú)錫市適齡兒童免疫規(guī)劃疫苗接種率情況。方法利用免疫接種信息管理系統(tǒng)的抽樣統(tǒng)計(jì)功能,抽取兒童作為信息系統(tǒng)調(diào)查對(duì)象;采用系統(tǒng)抽樣的方法,以縣區(qū)為單位,抽取36個(gè)幼兒園、36個(gè)行政村、18個(gè)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)的兒童作為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查對(duì)象,調(diào)查疫苗基礎(chǔ)、加強(qiáng)和及時(shí)免疫接種率。結(jié)果基礎(chǔ)免疫接種率中卡介苗(BCG)、脊髓灰質(zhì)炎疫苗(PV)、百白破疫苗(DPT)、麻疹風(fēng)疹疫苗(MV)、乙肝疫苗(HepB)、乙腦疫苗(JE)、A群流腦疫苗(MenA)、A+C群流腦疫苗(MenAC)和甲肝疫苗(HepA)均為95%以上,白破疫苗(DT)低于90%;加強(qiáng)免疫接種率中PV達(dá)90%以上,DPT和JE達(dá)95%以上,MenAC低于90%;及時(shí)免疫接種率中,HepB1達(dá)90%以上,PV、MV、和麻腮風(fēng)疫苗(MMR)低于90%。結(jié)論全市接種率保持在較高水平,但流動(dòng)人口接種率存在薄弱環(huán)節(jié),部分疫苗的加強(qiáng)免疫接種率和及時(shí)免疫接種率還需進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the immunization coverage rate of school-age children in Wuxi. Methods by using the function of sampling statistics of the information management system of immunization, children were selected as the objects of the information system investigation. With the method of systematic sampling, the children of 36 kindergartens, 36 administrative villages and 18 farmers' markets were selected as field survey objects to investigate the vaccine basis and strengthen and timely immunization coverage rate. Results BCG (BCG), poliomyelitis vaccine (PV), (PV), measles rubella vaccine (MV), hepatitis B vaccine (HepB), je vaccine (JE), A vaccine (MenA), The (HepA) of (MenAC) and hepatitis A vaccine were more than 95%, and the (DT) of albino vaccine was lower than 90%. More than 90% of PV, 95% of DPT and JE, and less than 90% of MenAC, 90% of HepB1 and less than 90% of (MMR) of PV,MV, and leprosy vaccine. Conclusion the coverage rate of the whole city remains at a high level, but the coverage rate of floating population is weak, and the immunization coverage rate of some vaccines should be further improved.
