河南省兒童急性弛緩性麻痹病例流行病學(xué)分析

【摘要】：目的了解河南省15歲以下兒童急性弛緩性麻痹病例(Acute Flaccid Paralysis,AFP)流行病學(xué)特征,為其防控策略制定提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對2004-2012年河南省急性弛緩性麻痹病例監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)報(bào)告5 247例15歲以下AFP病例進(jìn)行描述性分析。結(jié)果河南省15歲以下兒童AFP病例主要表現(xiàn)為散發(fā),年平均發(fā)病率為2.92/10萬,其中鄭州、安陽和濟(jì)源發(fā)病率居前三位,分別為4.55/10萬、4.48/10萬和4.19/10萬。發(fā)病高峰多出現(xiàn)于每年8-10月和3月,0~4歲組發(fā)病率較高。男性發(fā)病率高于女性,男女性別比為2.16∶1。891例AFP病例分離出腸道病毒,腸道病毒分離率為16.98%。15.04%的病例麻痹60 d有殘留麻痹。結(jié)論河南省15歲以下兒童AFP病例以小年齡組為主,發(fā)病高峰多出現(xiàn)于夏秋季、春季,男性發(fā)病率高于女性,兒童AFP病例殘留麻痹率較高,應(yīng)及時采取措施降低致殘率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of acute flaccid paralysis (Acute Flaccid Paralysis,AFP) in children under 15 years of age in Henan Province, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies. Methods A descriptive analysis of 5 247 cases of AFP under 15 years old reported by Henan acute flaccid paralysis surveillance system from 2004 to 2012 was carried out. Results the prevalence of AFP in children under 15 years of age in Henan Province was mainly sporadic, the annual average incidence rate was 2.92 / 100 thousand, among which Zhengzhou, Anyang and Jiyuan were among the top three, with 45,550,000 / 100,000, respectively. 4.48% 100,000 and 4.19% 100,000. The highest incidence occurred in August-October and March each year, and the incidence rate was higher in 0-4-year-old group. The incidence of enterovirus in male was higher than that in female, and the ratio of male to female was 2.16: 1.891 cases of AFP. The isolation rate of enterovirus was 16.98.15.04% of the cases had residual paralysis for 60 days. Conclusion the incidence of AFP in children under 15 years old in Henan Province is mainly in the small age group, the peak of which is in summer and autumn. The incidence rate of male is higher than that of female in spring, and the rate of residual paralysis in children with AFP is higher. Therefore, measures should be taken to reduce the rate of disability in time.
