諾如病毒GⅡ.17新變異株引致福建省2014~2015年病毒性胃腸炎暴發(fā)

【摘要】:本文旨在鑒定福建省2014~2015年冬季導(dǎo)致病毒性胃腸炎暴發(fā)的病原體,并對病原體進行分子特征研究。收集福建省2014~2015年胃腸炎暴發(fā)期間急性病例的標(biāo)本,開展諾如病毒檢測并對衣殼蛋白基因片段進行分子特征分析。共檢測3起暴發(fā)疫情標(biāo)本31份,檢出GⅡ型諾如病毒陽性標(biāo)本17份。測序結(jié)果證實有13份標(biāo)本為諾如病毒GⅡ.17新變異株,與2014年日本毒株Kawasaki 323同源性最高,在系統(tǒng)進化上形成一個新的獨立的分枝,有別于近年來本地散發(fā)流行及全球暴發(fā)流行的優(yōu)勢基因型GⅡ.4。是福建省內(nèi)首次檢出諾如病毒GⅡ.17,并引起病毒性胃腸炎暴發(fā)。
