【摘要】：為調(diào)查武漢市美洲大蠊感染蠊纓滴蟲(Lophomomas blattarum)的情況,解剖鏡下分離110只美洲大蠊成蟲腸道,用0.6%氯化鈉溶液洗滌剪開的腸道,收集洗滌液,涂片并作吉氏染色,顯微鏡(×1000)下鑒定。結(jié)果顯示,共44份腸道洗滌液涂片中發(fā)現(xiàn)蠊纓滴蟲疑似物。蟲體呈卵圓形或梨形,體長20~40μm,一端有成簇的多根鞭毛。經(jīng)固定、染色后,可見蟲體胞漿呈藍(lán)色;細(xì)胞核1個,呈紫褐色,靠近蟲體前端;軸柱在蟲體前端呈萼狀(軸罩),胞核位于其中,軸柱向后延伸至蟲體末端,經(jīng)鑒定確認(rèn)為副基體門動鞭毛綱超鞭毛目中的蠊纓滴蟲。提示武漢市美洲大蠊的蠊纓滴蟲感染率為40.0%(44/110)。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the infection of Periplaneta Americana with (Lophomomas blattarum), the intestinal tract of 110 adult Blattella Americana was dissected under anatomic microscope. The intestinal tract was scrubbed and cut with 0.6% sodium chloride solution. Identified by microscope (脳 1000). The results showed that a total of 44 samples of intestinal washing fluid smears were found suspected of Trichomonas cockroaches. The insect body is oval or pear-shaped, with a length of 20 ~ 40 渭 m and clusters of flagellum at one end. After fixation and staining, the cytoplasm of the worm was blue, and the nucleus was purplish brown and close to the front of the body. The axonal column is calyx (axon) on the front end of the parasite, and the nucleus is located in it. The axial column extends backward to the end of the parasite, and it is identified as Trichomonas cockroaches in the superflagellates of the order Paramentum. The results suggest that the infection rate of Trichomonas Americana is 40.0% (44 / 110).
