【摘要】： 為了解性傳播患者生殖器念珠菌定植現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)病危險因素,本文對524例性傳播疾病患者及200例正常人臨床標(biāo)本進行分離培養(yǎng)及菌種鑒定。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)性傳播疾病患者組念珠菌培養(yǎng)陽性率為41.98%,對照組為17.50%,患者組顯著高于對照組(P0.05)其中合并尖銳濕疣患者檢出率較其他性病患者高,達77.14%。本研究中,患者組(包括有癥狀者和無癥狀者)中,白色念珠菌的構(gòu)成比在男性為53.29%,女性為68.35%,占絕對優(yōu)勢,比非白色念珠菌所占比例明顯偏高�；颊呓M中有包皮龜頭炎癥狀及陰道炎癥狀患者的念珠菌培養(yǎng)陽性率比無癥狀者明顯偏高,差異有顯著性(P0.01)�；颊呓M無論男性還是女性,有癥狀組分離的念珠菌,均以白色念珠菌占主要地位,分別為80.77%、77.27%;而無癥狀患者組,以非白色念珠菌為主要部分。 本研究結(jié)論如下:性傳播疾病患者生殖器念珠菌分離率較正常人高。有癥狀患者菌種構(gòu)成以白色念珠菌占絕對優(yōu)勢,無癥狀患者以非白色念珠菌分離率較高,其中以光滑念珠菌為主,克柔念珠菌比例不低。性傳播疾病診患者不潔性交及廣泛使用抗生素等可能是生殖器念珠菌病發(fā)病危險因素之一。念珠菌在生殖器定植和感染,可能與其他病原微生物的生長有相互促進作用。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the present situation of genital Candida colonization and the risk factors of genital Candida infection in sexually transmitted patients, the clinical specimens of 524 patients with sexually transmitted diseases and 200 normal persons were isolated, cultured and identified. The results showed that the positive rate of Candida culture was 41.98 in patients with sexually transmitted diseases and 17.50 in control group. The positive rate in patients with condyloma acuminatum was significantly higher than that in other STD patients (P 0.05). In this study, the composition ratio of Candida albicans was 53.29 in males and 68.35 in females, which was dominant in patients (including asymptomatic and asymptomatic), and was significantly higher than that of non-Candida albicans. The positive rate of Candida in patients with prepuce and vaginitis was significantly higher than that in asymptomatic patients (P0.01). Candida albicans were dominant in the symptomatic group (80.77g / 77.27g) in both male and female groups, while non-albicans were the main part in the asymptomatic group. The results are as follows: the isolation rate of genital candida in patients with sexually transmitted diseases is higher than that in normal persons. Candida albicans was the dominant species in symptomatic patients, and non-white Candida was the most isolated in asymptomatic patients. Candida smooth was the main species, and Candida krsurea was not low in asymptomatic patients. Unclean sexual intercourse and widespread use of antibiotics may be one of the risk factors for genital candidiasis. Candida infection and colonization of genitalia may promote the growth of other pathogenic microorganisms.
