【摘要】：為了解天津地區(qū)MRSA以及MRCoNS的流行趨勢(shì),本研究在2002年7月至2004年6月,連續(xù)2年收集了天津市某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院分離的葡萄球菌臨床株,分析了MRSA的分離率,危險(xiǎn)因素和流行趨勢(shì)。同時(shí)對(duì)部分近年來(lái)天津市感染疾病研究所收集的天津市八所三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院分離的葡他球菌臨床株進(jìn)行了基因分型研究。初步了解本地區(qū)的MRSA的遺傳特性。 第一部分 天津市葡萄球菌臨床分離株的藥物敏感性和臨床資料分析 目的: 1) 了解本地區(qū)MRSA和MRCoNS的地區(qū)流行情況及趨勢(shì),為臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)性治療以及制定控制MRSA的傳播的措施提供理論依據(jù)。 2) 篩選來(lái)自臨床感染病人的致病金葡菌和攜帶金葡菌,以了解金葡菌攜帶與感染之間是否存在相關(guān)性。 方法: 1) 收集天津市某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院(A醫(yī)院)2002年7月～2004年6月兩年期間分離自醫(yī)院感染病人的葡萄球菌臨床株。以2003年6月30日是界限劃分年度。采用微量肉湯稀釋法測(cè)定12種臨床常用抗生素,包括:青霉素,苯唑青霉素,氨芐青霉素,環(huán)丙沙星,四環(huán)素,頭孢唑啉,氯霉素,林可霉素,慶大霉素,頭孢三嗪,萬(wàn)古霉素,紅霉素等的藥物敏感性,并分析臨床資料。
