【摘要】：目的調查醫(yī)療機構口腔綜合治療臺水路衛(wèi)生管理狀況,探討控制水路污染的有效措施。方法采用問卷調查和采樣檢測的方法,對上海市某區(qū)23家醫(yī)療機構口腔綜合治療臺水路衛(wèi)生現(xiàn)狀進行調查。結果定期開展口腔綜合治療臺水路過濾器清洗維護的21家,開展儲水瓶清洗消毒的5家。共采樣檢測29個DUWLs單元的水樣,其中三用槍出水及手機出水細菌總數高于漱口用水(t=9.45,P=0.00);使用不同水源水的DUWLs出水水樣中,滅菌注射用水細菌總數明顯低于市政水、凈水/純水、蒸餾水(t=9.34,P=0.00)。結論口腔綜合治療臺水路污染嚴重,需盡快制定相關規(guī)范與標準,加強醫(yī)護人員培訓指導,規(guī)范口腔綜合治療臺水路的清洗消毒與衛(wèi)生質量控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the sanitary management of waterway in oral comprehensive treatment station in medical institutions and to explore the effective measures to control waterway pollution. Methods A questionnaire survey and sampling method were used to investigate the status of water sanitation in 23 medical institutions in a district of Shanghai. Results 21 water filter cleaning and maintenance and 5 water storage bottle cleaning and disinfection were carried out regularly. A total of 29 DUWLs unit water samples were sampled and detected, of which the total number of bacteria in the effluent of three guns and mobile phones was higher than that in gargle water (tn9.45% P0.00), and the total bacterial count in the water samples of DUWLs treated with different sources of water was obviously lower than that in municipal water, and the total number of bacteria in sterilized water / pure water was significantly lower than that in municipal water. Distilled water. Conclusion due to the serious pollution of the water channel of the comprehensive oral treatment station, it is necessary to establish the relevant norms and standards as soon as possible, strengthen the training guidance of the medical personnel, standardize the cleaning, disinfection and hygiene quality control of the waterway of the comprehensive oral treatment platform.
