【摘要】：目的分析2013-2016年濰坊市疑似預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)(adverse events following immunization,AEFI)的發(fā)生特征,評(píng)價(jià)AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況和預(yù)防接種的安全性。方法通過(guò)AEFI信息管理系統(tǒng)收集2013-2016年濰坊市AEFI個(gè)案數(shù)據(jù),采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法對(duì)相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2013-2016年濰坊市共計(jì)報(bào)告AEFI病例6746例,其中一般反應(yīng)6 706例,占99.41%;異常反應(yīng)35例,占0.52%;偶合癥5例,占0.07%。2歲共5 070例,占75.16;1歲兒童3 291例,占48.78%。發(fā)生數(shù)較多的依次為9月齡為514例,占15.82%;8月齡477例,占14.68%;10月齡410例,占12.62%;5月齡391例,占12.03%;6月齡336例,占10.34%。發(fā)生多在接種1d內(nèi)5 762例,占85.41%。發(fā)生最多的臨床癥狀為發(fā)熱/紅腫/硬結(jié)6 706例,占99.41%。發(fā)生數(shù)較多的疫苗依次為無(wú)細(xì)胞百白破疫苗1 888例,占27.99%,乙腦減毒活疫苗1 066例,占15.80%,麻風(fēng)疫苗464例,占6.88%。結(jié)論濰坊市AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的完整性和敏感性逐年提高,需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)工作,規(guī)范預(yù)防接種操作,嚴(yán)格掌握接種禁忌證,減少AEFI發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of suspected vaccination abnormal reaction (adverse events following immunization,AEFI) in Weifang from 2013 to 2016, and to evaluate the operation of AEFI monitoring system and the safety of vaccination. Methods the data of AEFI cases in Weifang from 2013 to 2016 were collected by AEFI information management system, and the related indexes were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 6746 cases of AEFI were reported in Weifang from 2013 to 2016, including 6 706 cases of general reaction (99.41%), 35 cases of abnormal reaction (0.52%), 5 cases of incidental disease (0.07.2 years old), 5 cases of 5 070 cases (0.07.2 years old), and 3 291 cases (48.78%) of 75.161-year-old children. There were 514 cases of 9 months old, 477 cases of 15.82 months old, 410 cases of 14.68 and 10 months old, 391 cases of 12.62g / 5 months old, 336 cases of 12.03 / 6 months old, and 10.34 cases. Most of them occurred in 5762 cases (85.41%) within 1 day of inoculation. The most common clinical symptoms were fever / redness / sclerosis in 6 706 cases (99.41%). The most common vaccines were acellular white tetanus vaccine (1 888 cases), encephalitis B attenuated live vaccine (1 066 cases, 15.80%) and leprosy vaccine (464 cases, 6.88%). Conclusion the integrity and sensitivity of the AEFI monitoring system in Weifang have been improved year by year. It is necessary to further strengthen the monitoring of AEFI, standardize the inoculation operation, strictly grasp the contraindications of inoculation, and reduce the incidence of AEFI.
