高電位水的特性及其在室內(nèi)空氣消毒中應用研究

【摘要】: 室內(nèi)空氣消毒一直是目前研究得不多的問題。主要問題是缺少環(huán)保性消毒劑,而屬環(huán)保型消毒劑的高電位水由于受生產(chǎn)方式與劑型的限制,難推廣應用。本研究開展了高電位水特性、消毒性能、合成技術及其在室內(nèi)空氣消毒中的應用研究,取得了如下創(chuàng)新性成果: (1)發(fā)現(xiàn)與同等有效氯的含氯消毒劑相比,,高電位水在在短時間(0.5-1.0分鐘)內(nèi)的消毒能力是含氯消毒劑的10倍以上;探討了電位在消毒中所起的作用,認為高ORP、低pH值及一定含量有效氯三者的協(xié)同作用是高電位水具強消毒能力的主要原因。 (2)主要采用酸性調(diào)節(jié)劑、含氯消毒劑、緩釋劑與穩(wěn)定劑按一定比例混合合成了高電位消毒劑,該消毒劑經(jīng)水溶解后生成的高電位水的理化指標與電解方法生成的高電位水相同,其消毒能力與電解法生成高電位水的消毒性能相當。 (3)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),高電位水應用于室內(nèi)空氣消毒的主要控制因素是消毒劑的使用劑量與有效氯濃度;提出高電位水室內(nèi)空氣消毒技術參數(shù)為:有效氯500mg/L以上,使用劑量30ml/m~3,消毒30分鐘。
[Abstract]:Indoor air disinfection has been a problem that has not been much studied at present. The main problem is the lack of environmental protection disinfectant, but the high potential water which belongs to environmental protection disinfectant is difficult to be popularized because of the limitation of production mode and dosage form. In this study, the characteristics of high potential water, disinfection performance, synthetic technology and its application in indoor air disinfection were studied. The following innovative results have been achieved: (1) compared with chlorine containing disinfectants with equally available chlorine, The disinfection ability of high potential water in a short period of time (0.5-1.0 minutes) is more than 10 times that of chlorine containing disinfectant. It is considered that the synergistic action of high ORP, and low pH value and a certain amount of available chlorine is the main reason for the strong disinfection ability of high potential water. (2) the high potential disinfectant was synthesized by mixing acid regulator, chlorine containing disinfectant, slow release agent and stabilizer in a certain proportion. The physicochemical index of the high potential water produced by the disinfectant dissolved by water was the same as that of the high potential water produced by electrolytic method. Its disinfection ability is equivalent to that of high potential water produced by electrolysis. (3) it is found that the main controlling factors of high potential water used in indoor air disinfection are the dosage of disinfectant and the concentration of available chlorine, and the technical parameters of indoor air disinfection of high potential water are as follows: available chlorine 500mg/L above, Use a dose of 30 ml / m ~ 3 and sterilize for 30 minutes.
