河南遂平帕氏按蚊習(xí)性及傳瘧能量的研究

【摘要】:目的觀察帕氏按蚊在當(dāng)?shù)氐纳锪?xí)性,了解其傳播瘧疾的作用及能量。方法采用現(xiàn)場調(diào)查及實(shí)驗(yàn)室相結(jié)合的方法,在豫南遂平縣境內(nèi)對帕氏按蚊的生活史周期、季節(jié)消長、夜間活動叮人情況、吸人血比率等因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果連續(xù)5年的研究資料顯示:該蚊種僅在丘陵山區(qū)存在,5月上旬出現(xiàn),10月下旬消失,幼蟲全年均可見到。第一個生殖營養(yǎng)環(huán)為(2.5±0.5)d,全部生活史周期(12.5±1.0)d;夜間叮人5年60夜17只,叮人率僅為0.23,吸人血指數(shù)為0.0465,其種群數(shù)量、叮人指數(shù)、吸人血指數(shù)及媒介能量均明顯低于當(dāng)?shù)氐闹腥A按蚊;間日瘧原蟲人工感染3次均未成功。結(jié)論帕氏按蚊不是中原傳播瘧疾的媒介。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the local biological habits of Anopheles parvisiae and to understand its function and energy in malaria transmission. Methods the factors of life cycle, seasonal fluctuation, nocturnal bite and blood absorption rate of Anopheles parviens were investigated in Suiping County, South Henan Province by field investigation and laboratory method. Results after 5 years of continuous research data showed that the mosquito species only existed in hilly and mountainous areas. It appeared in early May and disappeared in late October. The larvae could be seen all year round. The first cycle of reproductive nutrition was (2.5 鹵0.5) days, the whole life cycle was (12.5 鹵1.0) days, and the nocturnal biting rate was 0.23 and the blood intake index was 0.0465. The population number, biting index, sucking blood index and vector energy of Anopheles sinensis were significantly lower than those of the local Anopheles sinensis (Anopheles sinensis). Three times of artificial infection of Plasmodium vivax were unsuccessful. Conclusion Anopheles parvies is not the vector of malaria transmission in Central Plain.
