【摘要】：目的觀察一次性醫(yī)用消毒巾對新生兒暖箱的消毒效果,為臨床使用提供參考依據(jù)。方法通過載體定量殺菌試驗和模擬現(xiàn)場消毒試驗方法,對一種一次性醫(yī)用消毒濕巾殺菌效果進行了觀察。結(jié)果該消毒濕巾為無紡布浸濕2 000 mg/L復(fù)合季銨鹽水溶液制備而成。將試驗菌滴染在一次性醫(yī)用消毒巾上作用5 min,對金黃色葡萄球菌,大腸桿菌和白色念珠菌殺滅率可達100%。用該消毒濕巾擦拭消毒新生兒暖箱內(nèi)表面,可使自然菌對數(shù)值降低1.0。結(jié)論該消毒濕巾對試驗指標(biāo)菌和自然菌均有較好的殺滅效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the disinfection effect of disposable medical disinfectant towel on neonate warm box and provide reference for clinical use. Methods the germicidal efficacy of a disposable medical disinfectant wet towel was observed by carrier quantitative germicidal test and simulated field disinfection test. Results the disinfectant wipes were prepared by soaking 2 000 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt solution in non-woven fabric. The rate of killing Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans on disposable medical disinfectant towel for 5 min, was 100%. The natural bacteriological logarithm can be reduced by 1.0% by wiping the inner surface of the newborn warm box with the disinfectant wet towel. Conclusion the disinfectant wipes have better killing effect on both test index bacteria and natural bacteria.
