【摘要】：目的了解綜合重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房(ICU)醫(yī)院感染特點、評價目標(biāo)性監(jiān)測效果,為持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)和提高ICU醫(yī)院感染管理水平提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用目標(biāo)性監(jiān)測方法,收集2010年10月-2012年9月綜合ICU 2319例患者發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染及危險因素資料,采用Excel電子表格錄入數(shù)據(jù)資料,然后對數(shù)據(jù)資料進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果綜合ICU患者發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染感染率為3.02%,例次感染率為4.14%,日感染率為12.61‰,患者日例次感染率為17.29‰,平均病情嚴(yán)重程度為2.91分,調(diào)整感染率為1.04%,調(diào)整例次感染率為1.42%,調(diào)整日感染率為4.33‰,調(diào)整日例次感染率為5.94‰;醫(yī)院感染以下呼吸道感染居首,呼吸機(jī)相關(guān)性肺部感染發(fā)病率為38.80‰;醫(yī)院感染病原菌以革蘭陰性桿菌為主,占69.45%。結(jié)論綜合ICU醫(yī)院感染以下呼吸道感染為主,呼吸機(jī)相關(guān)性肺部感染的監(jiān)測與控制措施有待進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of (ICU) nosocomial infection in Comprehensive intensive Care Unit (ICU) and to evaluate the effect of objective surveillance so as to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of ICU and improving the management level of ICU nosocomial infection. Methods the data of nosocomial infection and risk factors of 2319 patients with ICU from October 2010 to September 2012 were collected by the method of targeted monitoring. The data were recorded in Excel spreadsheet, and then the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results the nosocomial infection rate was 3.02%, the incidence rate was 4.14%, the daily infection rate was 12.61 鈥，
