某醫(yī)院SARS爆發(fā)流行特點(diǎn)及血清流行病學(xué)研究
[Abstract]:Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome,SARS) is a new human infectious disease. On April 15, 2003, an imported case caused the outbreak of SARS in Tianjin Hospital. To investigate and study the characteristics of epidemic outbreak in SARS hospital, to investigate the changes of serum coronavirus antibodies in patients with SARS during convalescence. To know the level of serum SARS coronavirus antibody and whether there is recessive infection. Objective: to understand the characteristics and regularity of SARS outbreak in hospital, to evaluate the effect of nosocomial infection control measures, and to study the seroepidemiology of SARS epidemic foci by means of descriptive study on the outbreak of SARS in hospital. The changes of serum coronavirus antibody and the immune level of SARS coronavirus IgG antibody were observed at different time after rehabilitation in SARS population. To elucidate the changes of serum coronavirus antibodies in SARS population and to provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis, prevention and control of SARS. Methods: descriptive epidemiological method was used to study the characteristics and regularity of SARS outbreak in hospitals, and prospective epidemiological study was used to study the seroepidemiological characteristics of SARS foci. Results: 1 descriptive study of SARS outbreak in hospital showed that: (1) an imported source of infection caused the SARS epidemic in the hospital. The early lack of awareness of protection and effective prevention and control measures led to the spread and spread of SARS in hospitals. (2) there were three generations of SARS outbreaks in hospitals, a total of 88 cases. The incidence time of the infected patients was from the 4th to the 8th day (April 20-April 24). The distribution of the population was more female than male, the age was 20-45 years old, the proportion of nurses and doctors infection was higher in hospital staff.
