【摘要】：正手消毒劑的使用在醫(yī)院預(yù)防疾病中起著重要的作用,有文章報(bào)道,10%聚維酮碘或4%氯己定消毒劑在使用后,與沒有消毒劑的對(duì)比下,其醫(yī)院感染降低了50%[1]。Bhojani等[2]認(rèn)為一個(gè)好的手部衛(wèi)生是進(jìn)行醫(yī)院活動(dòng)的簡單、便宜且有效的方法,目前消毒劑的使用不再局限于外科的術(shù)前消毒,在生活中的使用也越來越廣泛,報(bào)道如下。1手消毒劑的分類1.1低效消毒劑1.1.1胍類消毒劑胍類消毒劑主要包括氯己定、聚六亞甲基胍及其衍生物,廣泛使用的氯己定包括醋酸氯己定、鹽
[Abstract]:The use of forehand disinfectants plays an important role in the prevention of diseases in hospitals. It has been reported that 10% povidone iodine or 4% chlorhexidine disinfectants are used in comparison with those without disinfectants. Its nosocomial infection has been reduced by 50% [1]. Bhojani et al. [2] think that a good hand hygiene is a simple, inexpensive and effective method for hospital activities. At present, the use of disinfectants is no longer confined to the preoperative disinfection of surgery, and the use of disinfectants in daily life is becoming more and more widespread. The classification of hand disinfectants 1.1 low efficiency disinfectants 1.1.1 guanidine disinfectants mainly include chlorhexidine, polyhexamethylguanidine and their derivatives, and widely used chlorhexidine acetate, salt, chlorhexidine acetate.
