【摘要】：正第五類化學指示卡與生物監(jiān)測近似,因為其不受冷凝水影響,且能精確反映壓力蒸汽滅菌鍋的滅菌參數,近幾年來成為手術器械包消毒效果監(jiān)測的首選。但是因為其比較小巧,爬行卡背面的顏色和金屬器械相近,放在器械盒內很容易滑脫、移動,造成手術室器械護士應用器械時查找爬行卡費力費時,甚至有找不到的情況發(fā)生。為此,經過實踐探索,對爬行卡固定方式進行了改進,使檢測位置準確,方便器械護士判斷,方法簡便易行。
[Abstract]:The fifth kind of chemical indicator card is similar to biological monitoring because it is independent of condensation water and can accurately reflect the sterilizing parameters of pressure steam sterilizer. In recent years it has become the first choice for monitoring the disinfection effect of surgical instrument kits. However, because of its small size, the color on the back of the crawling card is similar to that of the metal instrument, and it is easy to slip off and move in the instrument box, which results in the operating room instrument nurses taking time to find the crawler card when applying the instrument, and even the situation that they can't find it. Therefore, through practice and exploration, the fixed way of crawling card is improved to make the detecting position accurate and convenient for instrument nurses to judge, and the method is simple and easy to carry out.
