【摘要】：正以往手術(shù)器械在手術(shù)結(jié)束后由洗手護士在手術(shù)室直接清洗包裝后送供應(yīng)中心滅菌,其流程不符合管理規(guī)范要求。按新的管理規(guī)范要求,復(fù)用診療器械應(yīng)實行集中管理和供應(yīng),由消毒供應(yīng)室負責集中清洗、消毒、滅菌和供應(yīng),以確保處理質(zhì)量。通常使用中的手術(shù)器械均應(yīng)隨時放入滅菌生理鹽水浸泡,但若器械殘留有血液等污染物就會對器械產(chǎn)生腐蝕,從而影響清洗質(zhì)量,為此,本研究改用無菌蒸餾水替代生理鹽水進行手術(shù)中器械保濕和防銹。
[Abstract]:In the past, after the operation, the hand washing nurses washed the packaging directly in the operating room and sent them to the supply center to sterilize, and the process did not meet the requirements of the management regulations. According to the requirements of the new management code, centralized management and supply of reusable diagnostic and therapeutic instruments should be carried out, and the disinfection supply room should be responsible for centralized cleaning, disinfection, sterilization and supply to ensure the quality of treatment. Most surgical instruments in use should be soaked in sterilized saline at any time. However, if the instrument remains contaminated with blood and other pollutants, it will corrode the instrument, thus affecting the quality of cleaning, for this reason, In this study, sterilized distilled water was used to replace normal saline for instrument moisturizing and antirust.
