德國(guó)小蠊對(duì)高效氯氰菊酯品系抗性遺傳分析

【摘要】:目的了解德國(guó)小蠊抗高效氯氰菊酯品系抗性遺傳方式。方法選取德國(guó)小蠊對(duì)高效氯氰菊酯的抗性品系60只為材料,通過(guò)生物測(cè)定方法和一系列雜交、回交和自交試驗(yàn),測(cè)定德國(guó)小蠊對(duì)高效氯氰菊酯殺蟲(chóng)劑的抗性遺傳方式。結(jié)果雜交品系RS、SR的抗性倍數(shù)分別為2.356和2.429,抗性顯性度D值分別為0.236和0.279,均介于0~1;回交(RS×SS)后代BC和自交(RS×RS)后代F2的∑χ2分別為12.337 8和37.686 9,均χ20.05(11.07)。結(jié)論德國(guó)小蠊抗高效氯氰菊酯品系抗性遺傳方式為常染色體不完全顯性遺傳,并且抗性是由多基因控制。
