天津市口腔綜合治療臺水路細菌污染及耐藥性研究

【摘要】:目的研究醫(yī)療機構(gòu)口腔綜合治療臺水路分離細菌的耐藥性,探索監(jiān)控措施。方法采用紙片擴散法,對從口腔綜合治療臺水路中分離的細菌進行藥物敏感性試驗。結(jié)果口腔綜合治療臺水路中檢出的革蘭陰性菌對頭孢類、妥布霉素和氯霉素等抗菌藥物耐藥率超過50%,對環(huán)丙沙星和左氧氟沙星全部敏感;革蘭陽性球菌對苯唑西林耐藥率超過50%,對萬古霉素耐藥率為34.78%。在45株細菌中檢出29株多重耐藥菌株,占64.44%。檢出3株耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌。結(jié)論口腔綜合治療臺水路細菌耐藥性嚴重,應(yīng)加強水路污染控制,提示口腔科加強細菌耐藥性監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the drug resistance of bacteria isolated from the waterway of oral comprehensive treatment station in medical institutions and to explore the monitoring measures. Methods the drug sensitivity test of bacteria isolated from the water of oral comprehensive therapy station was carried out by disk diffusion method. Results the rate of resistance of Gram-negative bacteria to cephalosporins, tobramycin and chloramphenicol was more than 50, which was sensitive to ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin. The resistance rate of Gram-positive cocci to oxacillin was more than 500.The resistance rate to vancomycin was 34.78. 29 multidrug resistant strains (64.44%) were detected in 45 strains of bacteria. Three strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis were detected. Conclusion the drug resistance of bacteria in the waterway of the oral comprehensive therapy station is serious, so it is necessary to strengthen the pollution control of the waterway, which suggests that the stomatology department should strengthen the monitoring of the bacterial resistance.
