湖南省君山區(qū)垸內(nèi)釘螺控制措施及其效果

【摘要】:目的探索湖沼型血吸蟲病流行區(qū)垸內(nèi)釘螺控制策略與措施,為控制與阻斷血吸蟲病傳播提供有效方法。方法收集湖南省君山區(qū)血吸蟲病流行及防治資料,對1998-2017年君山區(qū)垸內(nèi)釘螺指標(biāo)變化與釘螺控制措施進(jìn)行效果分析。結(jié)果君山區(qū)垸內(nèi)釘螺面積由1998年的1 496.66 hm2減少至2017年的23.48 hm2,累計(jì)減少了98.43%;活螺出現(xiàn)率和活螺平均密度分別由2003年最高的20.61%和0.45只/0.1 m2下降為2017年的2.06%和0.03只/0.1 m2;感染性釘螺面積最高的為2001年,共發(fā)現(xiàn)了79.36 hm2,2007年以后則未再查獲感染性釘螺。1998-2017年,各級財(cái)政投入到君山區(qū)血吸蟲病防治經(jīng)費(fèi)共39 885.7萬元,其中用于垸內(nèi)藥物滅螺8 177.09萬元、垸內(nèi)環(huán)境改造滅螺21 350.00萬元。結(jié)論藥物滅螺結(jié)合環(huán)境改造的綜合治理措施,對控制并消滅垸內(nèi)釘螺效果顯著,但要加強(qiáng)對歷史有螺區(qū)域的監(jiān)測工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the control strategies and measures of snail in embankment of lake and marsh schistosomiasis endemic area, and to provide an effective method for controlling and stopping the transmission of schistosomiasis. Methods the data of schistosomiasis epidemic and control in Junshan District of Hunan Province were collected and the change of snail index and the control measures of snail in Junshan District from 1998 to 2017 were analyzed. Results the area of snails in embankment decreased from 1 496.66 hm2 in 1998 to 23.48 hm2 in 2017, and the cumulative decrease was 98.43. The occurrence rate of live snails and the average density of live snails decreased from 20.61% and 0.45 / 0.1 m2 in 2003 to 2.06% and 0.03 / 0.1 m2 in 2017, respectively. The area of infected snails was the highest in 2001. A total of 79.36 hm-2 was found, and no infected snail was found in 2007. From 1998 to 2017, all levels of finance invested 398.857 million yuan in schistosomiasis control in Junshan area, including 81.7709 million yuan for drugs in embankment and 213.5 million yuan for retrofitting the environment in embankment. Conclusion the comprehensive control measures of drug and snail control combined with environmental reform have remarkable effect on controlling and eliminating snails in embankment, but it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of historical snail areas.
