【摘要】：目的試驗(yàn)生物滅蚊在實(shí)踐中的效果,探索和推廣滅蚊技術(shù)。方法 2011年4月-2012年5月期間向轄區(qū)內(nèi)的鉆井公園(光榮公園)、水牛公園及217國(guó)道以南應(yīng)急水源地等水體投放野生小鯽魚(yú)魚(yú)苗,同時(shí)設(shè)立對(duì)照組,監(jiān)測(cè)水中幼蚊密度,對(duì)比分析投入前(2010年)、2011年、2012年的池水中幼蚊密度,并與同期對(duì)照組進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果投放野生鯽魚(yú)的水域,幼蚊密度逐年下降,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);投放野生鯽魚(yú)的水域,水中幼蚊的密度明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論投放野生鯽魚(yú)具有改善水體環(huán)境、明顯降低水體中幼蚊密度的作用,值得其他地區(qū)加以推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the effect of biological mosquito control in practice and to explore and popularize the technology of mosquito control. Methods from April 2011 to May 2012, wild small crucian carp fry was placed in drilling park (Guangyuan Park), buffalo park and emergency water source area south of 217 National Road, and control group was set up to monitor the density of juvenile mosquitoes in water. The density of juvenile mosquitoes in pond water before (2010), 2011, 2012 was compared with that in control group. Results the density of juvenile mosquitoes in the waters of wild crucian carp decreased year by year, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the density of juvenile mosquitoes in the waters of wild crucian carp was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the wild crucian carp can improve the water environment and obviously reduce the density of juvenile mosquitoes in the water body, which is worth popularizing in other areas.
