【摘要】：目的通過對ICU醫(yī)院感染目標性監(jiān)測,了解ICU患者導管相關性感染的發(fā)病率、危險因素及病原菌分布特征,為制定醫(yī)院感染預防和控制措施提供依據(jù)。方法采用目標性監(jiān)測方法對2012年1-12月入住ICU的患者進行導管相關性感染的監(jiān)測,包括使用呼吸機、中心靜脈插管和泌尿道插管的使用率及呼吸機相關性肺炎、中心靜脈插管相關性血流感染及泌尿道插管相關性尿路感染的感染率進行監(jiān)測;對存在的問題采取綜合控制措施并進行持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進,按衛(wèi)生部2001年頒發(fā)的《醫(yī)院感染診斷標準》進行診斷。結果目標性監(jiān)測928例患者,發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染112例,感染率12.07%,日感染率為10.64‰,呼吸機相關性肺炎日感染率為14.28‰,尿管相關性尿路感染的日感染率為1.56‰,導管相關性血流感染的日感染率為1.13‰;醫(yī)院感染部位以肺部感染為主,醫(yī)院感染病原菌以革蘭陰性菌為主,居前3位的病原菌依次為肺炎克雷伯菌、鮑氏不動桿菌和銅綠假單胞菌。結論采用目標性監(jiān)測方法,便于及時掌握ICU患者醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生的動態(tài)變化,為降低醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生率進行有針對性的干預提供了可靠的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence, risk factors and pathogenic bacteria distribution of ICU nosocomial infection (Nosocomial infection) in order to provide evidence for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. Methods the patients admitted to ICU from January to December 2012 were monitored for catheter-related infection, including the use of ventilator, central vein intubation and urinary tract intubation, and ventilator-associated pneumonia. The infection rate of central venous catheterization associated with blood stream infection and urinary tract infection was monitored.
