【摘要】：目的了解廈門(mén)市二級(jí)、三級(jí)醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生情況,為感染控制提供依據(jù)。方法于2013年8月15日-10月31日采用床旁調(diào)查和在架病歷調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)廈門(mén)市21所二級(jí)及以上醫(yī)院所有住院患者的日現(xiàn)患率及抗菌藥物日使用情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,采用SPSS 17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)處理。結(jié)果共調(diào)查21所醫(yī)院住院患者1 0643例,發(fā)現(xiàn)醫(yī)院感染患者358例,現(xiàn)患率為3.36%,醫(yī)院感染部位主要為下呼吸道占49.87%;重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房感染率最高,達(dá)38.89%;醫(yī)院感染病原菌以革蘭陰性桿菌為主,居首位的是銅綠假單胞菌45株占17.51%,真菌占檢出病原菌的11.67%;抗菌藥物平均日使用率為30.48%。結(jié)論為有效地預(yù)防與控制醫(yī)院感染,應(yīng)繼續(xù)加大對(duì)重點(diǎn)科室的監(jiān)管力度,加強(qiáng)抗菌藥物合理使用,進(jìn)一步提高病原菌送檢率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of nosocomial infection in two and three hospitals in Xiamen, and to provide evidence for infection control. Methods from August 15 to October 31, 2013, the daily prevalence rate and the daily use of antimicrobial agents were investigated among all the hospitalized patients in 21 hospitals in Xiamen. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for statistical processing. Results A total of 1 0643 inpatients in 21 hospitals were investigated, and 358 cases of nosocomial infection were found. The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was 3.36. The main site of nosocomial infection was lower respiratory tract, and the infection rate in intensive care unit was the highest. The pathogens of nosocomial infection were Gram-negative bacilli, the most common pathogens were Pseudomonas aeruginosa 45 strains accounted for 17.51%, fungi accounted for 11.67% of the pathogenic bacteria, and the average daily utilization rate of antibiotics was 30.48%. Conclusion in order to effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection, we should continue to strengthen the supervision of key departments, strengthen the rational use of antimicrobial agents, and further improve the rate of pathogen testing.
