【摘要】：目的分析中國(guó)(不包括香港、澳門特別行政區(qū)和臺(tái)灣地區(qū))2015年國(guó)家免疫規(guī)劃(NIP)疫苗常規(guī)免疫報(bào)告接種率。方法對(duì)中國(guó)各省份2015年NIP疫苗常規(guī)免疫監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告接種率、報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行描述性分析評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果中國(guó)2015年常規(guī)免疫接種率監(jiān)測(cè)報(bào)告縣、鄉(xiāng)級(jí)報(bào)告率分別為99.24%和97.64%。全國(guó)22劑NIP疫苗報(bào)告接種率均≥98%,首劑乙型肝炎疫苗及時(shí)報(bào)告接種率為95.61%。報(bào)告接種率90%的縣、鄉(xiāng)主要分布于河南、四川、西藏等中西部地區(qū)。以縣為單位全國(guó)NIP疫苗除第1劑和第2劑乙型腦炎減毒活疫苗、第1劑甲型肝炎減毒活疫苗外,其余疫苗劑次平均報(bào)告接種率均≥96%。全國(guó)45.54%的縣百白破聯(lián)合疫苗(DTP)脫漏率5%,18.5%的縣DTP脫漏率≥10%,主要分布在西部地區(qū)。結(jié)論中國(guó)省、縣、鄉(xiāng)級(jí)NIP疫苗報(bào)告接種率處于較高水平;報(bào)告接種率較低的縣、鄉(xiāng)主要分布在西部地區(qū),利用接種率監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)直接識(shí)別低接種率地區(qū)能力較弱。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the reported coverage rate of (NIP) vaccine routine immunization in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative region and Taiwan) in 2015. Methods the reported coverage rate and data quality of NIP vaccine routine immunization surveillance in 2015 in all provinces of China were evaluated by descriptive analysis.
