【摘要】：目的了解南陽市各類醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒管理工作。方法采用現(xiàn)場采樣和實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測方法,對轄區(qū)內(nèi)不同類別醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)測。結(jié)果共調(diào)查117家醫(yī)療單位,采樣2 329份,平均合格率為93.5%。市級、縣級、民營、行管醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)總合格率依次為95.1%、92.8%、93.2%和94.3%。壓力蒸汽滅菌器、無菌物品和使用中消毒液合格率均為100.00%。醫(yī)療用水、Ⅱ類空氣合格率偏低,分別為79.5%、66.7%。結(jié)論南陽市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)消毒質(zhì)量總體較好,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)消毒薄弱環(huán)節(jié)管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of disinfection quality in various medical institutions in Nanyang and strengthen the disinfection management of medical institutions. Methods the disinfection quality of different kinds of medical institutions was monitored by field sampling and laboratory testing. Results A total of 117 medical units were investigated, 2 329 samples were collected, the average qualified rate was 93. 5%. The total qualified rate of municipal, county, private and administrative medical institutions was 95.1% and 92.8%, respectively, and 93.2% and 94.33% respectively.
