【摘要】：目的解析湖北省近年來經(jīng)由異性性傳播艾滋病人群分布特征和行為特征，為防控和降低艾滋病異性性傳播提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法調(diào)查分析湖北省2010年7月1日至2011年6月30日期間報告的經(jīng)異性性傳播HIV病例的社會人口學(xué)特征、高危行為暴露史、異性性行為方式。 結(jié)果調(diào)查符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并知情同意的HIV/AIDS共412例,其中經(jīng)固定性伴傳播占23.5%，經(jīng)臨時性伴傳播占28.8%，經(jīng)商業(yè)性伴傳播占47.5%。固定性伴、臨時性伴、商業(yè)性伴不使用安全套比例分別為62.9%、36.2%、2.5%，經(jīng)比較，，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）；固定性伴不使用安全套原因主要是沒有必要（81.4%），臨時性伴不使用安全套原因主要是身邊沒有安全套（36.1%），商業(yè)性伴不使用安全套原因主要是對方不愿使用安全套（65.8%），比較三者不使用安全套原因，差異有顯著性（P＜0.05）。 結(jié)論經(jīng)商業(yè)性伴傳播是湖北省HIV異性性傳播的主要方式；根據(jù)固定性伴、臨時性伴、商業(yè)性伴社會人口學(xué)特點，加強安全套使用干預(yù)是今后湖北省HIV異性性傳播的人群防治工作重點。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the distribution and behavioral characteristics of heterosexual transmission of AIDS in Hubei Province in recent years so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control and reduction of heterosexual transmission of HIV / AIDS. Methods from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, the socio-demographic characteristics, exposure history of high-risk behaviors and heterosexual behavior patterns of heterosexual HIV cases in Hubei Province were investigated and analyzed. Results there were 412 cases of HIV/AIDS that met the inclusion criteria and informed consent. Among them, fixed sex partner transmission accounted for 23.5%, temporary partner transmission accounted for 28.8 cases, commercial partner transmission accounted for 47.5%. The proportion of fixed partner, temporary partner and commercial partner were 62.9% and 36.2%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The main reason why sex partners do not use condoms is not necessary (81.4%), temporary partners do not use condoms (36.1%), commercial partners do not use condoms mainly because they are unwilling to use condoms (65.8%). Three reasons why they don't use condoms, The difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion HIV heterosexual transmission is the main way of transmission by commercial partners in Hubei Province, according to the social demographic characteristics of fixed partners, temporary partners and commercial partners. To strengthen condom use intervention is the focus of prevention and control of heterosexual transmission of HIV in Hubei Province.
