【摘要】：目的研究戊二醛-癸甲溴銨復(fù)合消毒劑對(duì)偽狂犬病病毒(PRV)的滅活作用。方法采用懸液定量方法和細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)法,觀察戊二醛-癸甲溴銨復(fù)合消毒劑對(duì)偽狂犬病病毒滅活效果。結(jié)果體外細(xì)胞消毒劑試驗(yàn),中和產(chǎn)物對(duì)細(xì)胞生長繁殖無顯著影響的消毒劑濃度為125 mg/L;消毒劑濃度為125 mg/L時(shí),PRV(TCID50=10-8.1/0.1 ml)殺滅條件為室溫30 min。結(jié)論戊二醛-癸甲溴銨復(fù)合消毒劑對(duì)偽狂犬病病毒有很好的滅殺作用,選擇有效的殺菌、殺毒劑量、作用時(shí)間是保證消毒效果的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the inactivation effect of glutaraldehyde-decamethylammonium bromide compound disinfectant on pseudorabies virus (PRV). Methods suspension quantitative method and cell culture method were used to observe the inactivation effect of glutaraldehyde-decamethylammonium bromide compound disinfectant on pseudorabies virus. Results in vitro cell disinfectant test, the concentration of disinfectant with no significant effect on cell growth and reproduction was 125mg / L, and the killing condition of TCID50=10-8.1/0.1 ml at room temperature was 30 mins when the concentration of disinfectant was 125mg / L. Conclusion the compound disinfectant of glutaraldehyde and decamethylammonium bromide has a good killing effect on pseudorabies virus. The key to ensure the disinfection effect is to select effective sterilization dosage and time.
