【摘要】：目的評價重慶市證實無脊髓灰質(zhì)炎(脊灰)目標后急性弛緩性麻痹(AFP)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)工作質(zhì)量。方法通過中國免疫規(guī)劃信息系統(tǒng)收集重慶市2012-2016年AFP病例報告數(shù)據(jù),對AFP監(jiān)測敏感性和及時性指標進行描述性流行病學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 15歲兒童非脊灰AFP病例報告率從2012年的1.52/10萬上升至2016年的1.79/10萬;市級醫(yī)療機構(gòu)報告病例占51.67%;24h內(nèi)報告率為54.76%、48h內(nèi)調(diào)查率為98.71%、合格糞便標本采集率為92.78%、7d內(nèi)糞便標本送達率為95.12%。結(jié)論重慶市2012-2016年AFP監(jiān)測質(zhì)量總體維持高水平,但報告及時性明顯下降;應(yīng)加強各級醫(yī)療機構(gòu)AFP監(jiān)測培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the quality of acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) monitoring system after poliomyelitis (polio) was confirmed in Chongqing. Methods AFP case report data from 2012 to 2016 in Chongqing were collected by China Immunization Planning Information system, and the sensitivity and timeliness of AFP surveillance were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological analysis. Results the reported rate of non-polio AFP cases in children aged 15 years increased from 152 / 100 000 in 2012 to 17.9% / 100 000 in 2016, the reported cases in municipal medical institutions accounted for 51.67% of AFP cases in 24 hours and the investigation rate was 98.71% in 48 hours. The rate of collecting qualified stool samples was 92.78% in 7 days and the delivery rate of fecal specimens was 95.12%. Conclusion the quality of AFP surveillance in Chongqing from 2012 to 2016 maintained a high level, but the timeliness of reporting decreased obviously, and the AFP monitoring training of medical institutions at all levels should be strengthened.
