【摘要】：目的研究復(fù)方季銨鹽異丙醇消毒劑殺滅真菌的效果。方法采用懸液定量和載體定量殺菌試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)該復(fù)方季銨鹽異丙醇消毒液殺滅真菌的效果進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)室觀察。結(jié)果以活性物含量為400 mg/L的季銨鹽消毒液作用5 min,對(duì)載體上白色念珠菌平均殺滅率50%。用含季銨鹽400 mg/L與異丙醇≥132 g/L組成的復(fù)方消毒液作用3 min,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)白色念珠菌平均殺滅率為99.99%,對(duì)不銹鋼片和布片載體上白色念珠菌殺滅率為100%。結(jié)論該復(fù)方季銨鹽異丙醇消毒液能快速殺滅白色念珠菌,可進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行應(yīng)用性研究。
