【摘要】：目的研究一種新型過(guò)氧乙酸消毒滅菌粉對(duì)軟式內(nèi)鏡的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)消毒效果。方法軟式內(nèi)鏡嚴(yán)格按照操作規(guī)范規(guī)定的流程清洗后,用過(guò)氧乙酸消毒滅菌粉和酸性氧化電位水進(jìn)行消毒滅菌,并采用細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)和濃度檢測(cè)方法對(duì)消毒的實(shí)際效果進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)和評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果兩種不同消毒劑清洗內(nèi)鏡消毒效果的合格率為100%。過(guò)氧乙酸消毒滅菌粉連續(xù)使用8 h有效濃度維持在≥2 300 mg/L。結(jié)論這種新型的過(guò)氧乙酸消毒滅菌粉應(yīng)用于軟式內(nèi)鏡消毒,提高了工作效率,節(jié)省水資源,取得快速有效的消毒效果,具有良好的安全性和穩(wěn)定性。
