【摘要】：目的了解河南省1~14歲人群乙肝疫苗(簡稱HepB)接種情況,為提高HepB接種質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。方法采用多階段隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,對河南省30個縣(區(qū))1~14歲人群共13 208人進(jìn)行調(diào)查,采用EpiData3.1建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,用SPSS17.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 1~14歲人群HepB全程接種率、合格接種率和及時接種率分別為91.95%、71.21%和80.01%,年齡越小,全程接種率、合格接種率和及時接種率均越高;HepB全程接種率、合格接種率和及時接種率均為城鎮(zhèn)高于農(nóng)村;鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院出生兒童HepB首針及時接種率低于在縣級及以上醫(yī)院出生兒童,在家出生兒童HepB首針及時接種率遠(yuǎn)低于在縣級及以上醫(yī)院和在鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院出生兒童;HepB納入EPI后,出生人群HepB 3種接種率均高于在此之前出生人群;首針不及時接種是不合格接種的主要原因。結(jié)論 14年來,HepB全程接種率、合格接種率和首針及時接種率均不斷提高,但保持較高孕產(chǎn)婦的住院分娩率,加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo),提高農(nóng)村兒童HepB接種率仍是今后工作重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the hepatitis B vaccine (HepB) vaccination among 14-year-old population in Henan Province and to provide evidence for improving the quality of HepB vaccination. Methods 13 208 people aged 14 years old in 30 counties (districts) in Henan Province were investigated by multi-stage random sampling. EpiData3.1 was used to establish the database and SPSS 17.0 was used to carry out statistical analysis. Results 1the coverage rate of HepB was 91.95% in the whole course, 71.21% and 80.01% in time, respectively. The lower the age, the higher the coverage rate of the whole course, the rate of qualified vaccination and the rate of timely vaccination. The rate of eligible vaccination and timely vaccination were higher in towns than in rural areas, and the rate of HepB first inoculation for children born in township health centers was lower than that in hospitals at county level or above. The coverage rate of HepB in time for children born at home was much lower than that for children born in hospitals at county level or above and in township health centers after the introduction of EPI, and the coverage rate of HepB among the birth population was higher than that of those born before. The main reason of unqualified inoculation is that the first needle is not inoculated in time. Conclusion in the past 14 years, the coverage rate of HepB in the whole course, the rate of qualified vaccination and the rate of vaccination in time with the first injection have been continuously increased, but the emphasis of future work is to maintain the high rate of hospital delivery of pregnant and parturient women, to strengthen training and guidance, and to improve the rate of HepB vaccination for rural children.
