【摘要】：目的分析高縣首例輸入性惡性瘧病例的流行病學(xué)特征,為制定高縣輸入性惡性瘧防控措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)病例進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,以患者住地為中心直徑500 m開展疫點(diǎn)處置。結(jié)果疫情報(bào)告1例輸入性惡性瘧病例,死亡1例,病程14 d。疫點(diǎn)內(nèi)監(jiān)測(cè)49人,未發(fā)現(xiàn)有發(fā)熱、寒顫等癥狀病人,無(wú)二代病例發(fā)生。室內(nèi)采用氯氰菊酯(20 mg/m2)殺蟲劑滅蚊,處理面積13 500 m2,排查瘧區(qū)返鄉(xiāng)人員27名,無(wú)異常,1-7月開展三熱病人(凝似瘧疾、感冒、不明原因)血檢監(jiān)測(cè)176例均為陰性,開展瘧防知識(shí)健康宣傳。結(jié)論應(yīng)加強(qiáng)流動(dòng)人口的管理和輸入性瘧疾的防控,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范門診發(fā)熱病人瘧原蟲血檢監(jiān)測(cè)和健康教育力度,早日實(shí)現(xiàn)消除瘧疾的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the first cases of Plasmodium falciparum malaria in Gao county, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of imported falciparum malaria in Gao county. Methods a field epidemiological survey was conducted on the cases. The epidemic point was carried out with the center diameter of 500 m in the patient's residence. Results 1 cases of imported falciparum malaria were reported, 1 cases died and the course of disease was 1. In 4 d. epidemic spots, 49 people were monitored, no fever, chill and other symptoms were found, no two generation cases occurred. The indoor use of Cypermethrin (20 mg/m2) insecticides to kill mosquitoes, treatment area 13500 m2, 27 people returning home in the malaria area, no abnormal, 1-7 months of three fever patients (coagulous malaria, cold, unknown reason) blood inspection 176 cases were negative, to carry out malaria Conclusion the management of the floating population and the prevention and control of the imported malaria should be strengthened, and the blood test and health education of the malaria parasites in outpatients should be further standardized to achieve the goal of eliminating malaria at an early date.
