【摘要】：研究目的 口腔門(mén)診的消毒管理問(wèn)題一直是威脅醫(yī)患雙方健康的公共衛(wèi)生問(wèn)題。為了解洛陽(yáng)市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)口腔門(mén)診消毒管理現(xiàn)狀，本文以洛陽(yáng)市城區(qū)綜合醫(yī)院及個(gè)體口腔門(mén)診為樣本，進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究，了解其消毒管理相關(guān)硬件設(shè)施配備、個(gè)人防護(hù)意識(shí)、消毒管理行為、環(huán)境及物品污染現(xiàn)狀等。針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題，，提出對(duì)策，為洛陽(yáng)市衛(wèi)生行政部門(mén)提供決策依據(jù)。 研究方法 本研究采用現(xiàn)況調(diào)查的方法。設(shè)計(jì)口腔門(mén)診消毒管理現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查表，及樣品監(jiān)測(cè)方案。調(diào)查對(duì)象為洛陽(yáng)市城區(qū)綜合醫(yī)院的所有口腔門(mén)診25個(gè)以及2個(gè)行政區(qū)中所有個(gè)體開(kāi)業(yè)口腔門(mén)診。由經(jīng)過(guò)訓(xùn)練的調(diào)查者在被調(diào)查單位現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，進(jìn)行觀察、詢問(wèn)并記錄、發(fā)放調(diào)查表對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有從業(yè)人員進(jìn)行調(diào)查，并對(duì)物品及環(huán)境采樣監(jiān)測(cè)，收集口腔門(mén)診消毒管理組織制度、布局情況、消毒滅菌設(shè)備及相關(guān)設(shè)施擁有情況、從業(yè)人員自身防護(hù)意識(shí)與態(tài)度、醫(yī)生對(duì)消毒與感染控制的行為、意外損傷及其處理情況、牙醫(yī)日常的消毒管理行為、常用器械消毒滅菌情況、各種用品和環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)合格率等資料，并進(jìn)行分析。 研究結(jié)果 調(diào)查的主要結(jié)果是：25家綜合醫(yī)院均成立有消毒管理組織，但沒(méi)有真正開(kāi)展工作，消毒管理制度不及時(shí)更新，33家個(gè)體口腔門(mén)診，均無(wú)消毒管理組織，制度多數(shù)不健全。58個(gè)口腔門(mén)診中，候診區(qū)、診療區(qū)與辦公輔助區(qū)三區(qū)嚴(yán)格區(qū)分的為11家，消毒清洗區(qū)與診療區(qū)進(jìn)行區(qū)域
[Abstract]:Objective Disinfection management in oral clinic is always a public health problem threatening the health of both doctors and patients. In order to understand the present situation of disinfection management in dental outpatient service of medical institutions in Luoyang City, this paper took Luoyang City General Hospital and individual outpatient Stomatology Clinic as samples, investigated and studied the disinfectant management related hardware facilities and personal protection consciousness. Disinfection management behavior, environment and articles pollution status quo. In view of the existing problems, the countermeasures are put forward to provide the decision basis for the health administrative department in Luoyang. Methods the present study adopts the method of current investigation. Design oral outpatient disinfection management status questionnaire, and sample monitoring program. The subjects were 25 oral outpatient clinics in Luoyang City General Hospital and all individual oral clinics in 2 districts. The trained investigators shall observe, inquire and record at the scene of the investigated unit, issue a questionnaire to investigate all the employees in the field, sample and monitor the articles and the environment, and collect the organizational system of disinfection management in the oral outpatient department, Layout, possession of disinfection and sterilization equipment and related facilities, personal protection consciousness and attitude of practitioners, doctors' behavior on disinfection and infection control, accidental injuries and their handling, daily disinfection management behavior of dentists, Disinfection and sterilization of commonly used instruments, qualified rate of various articles and environmental monitoring, etc. The main results of the investigation were that all 25 general hospitals had disinfection management organizations, but they did not really carry out their work. The disinfection management system was not updated in time for 33 individual outpatients, and none of them had disinfectant management organizations, and most of the disinfection management systems were not perfect. Among the 58 oral clinics, 11 were strictly distinguished among the waiting areas, the diagnosis and treatment areas and the office auxiliary areas.
