【摘要】：目的了解江蘇省鹽城地區(qū)居室環(huán)境中塵螨孳生現(xiàn)狀。方法 2013年5月使用吸塵器收集居民臥室及大學(xué)生宿舍內(nèi)的床面灰塵和枕塵,共采集塵樣200份。采用直接鏡檢法對灰塵樣品中的螨類進(jìn)行分離、鑒定和計(jì)數(shù)。結(jié)果共檢獲螨類1 284只,隸屬于5科8屬,總孳生率為51.00%(102/200),平均孳生密度為37.95只/g,其中學(xué)生宿舍孳生率及孳生密度均高于居民臥室(P0.05)。屋塵螨和粉塵螨占種群比例分別為36.68%和22.74%。結(jié)論屋塵螨和粉塵螨是鹽城地區(qū)人居環(huán)境中的優(yōu)勢螨種。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the breeding status of dust mites in living environment in Yancheng area, Jiangsu Province. Methods in May 2013, 200 dust samples were collected from bed surface dust and pillow dust collected from residents' bedrooms and college students' dormitories. The mites in dust samples were separated, identified and counted by direct microscopic examination. Results A total of 1 284 mites were seized, belonging to 5 families and 8 genera. The total breeding rate was 51.00% (102 / 200), and the average breeding density was 37.95 / g. The breeding rate and density of student dormitory were higher than that of resident bedroom (P0.05). The proportion of house dust mites and dust mites was 36.68% and 22.74% respectively. Conclusion House dust mites and dust mites are dominant mites in human settlements in Yancheng area.
