【摘要】：文章提出從"分類、分級、分期"三個維度對突發(fā)事件特征屬性進行描述和編碼,建立突發(fā)事件特征詞典,輔助應急情報采集與組織的方法。首先,利用現(xiàn)有突發(fā)事件分類體系,以及從相關部門關于突發(fā)事件的分類、通報等信息中提取的突發(fā)事件分類特征屬性詞及詞間關系,設計編碼規(guī)則,建立突發(fā)事件分類詞表;其次,利用相關文件提取突發(fā)事件各個分類的分級標準并編碼,再針對每個分類下的所有分級制定分期標準;再次,采用概念樹的形式存儲突發(fā)事件三個維度的特征屬性,構建突發(fā)事件特征詞典;最后,利用構建的特征詞典輔助突發(fā)事件情報采集與組織。
[Abstract]:This paper presents a method of describing and coding the characteristic attributes of emergencies from the three dimensions of "classification, classification and staging", establishing a dictionary of emergency features and assisting in the collection and organization of emergency information. First of all, using the existing emergency classification system, as well as the relevant departments about emergency classification, notification and other information extracted from the emergency classification attribute words and inter-word relations, design coding rules, establish emergency classification vocabulary; Secondly, the classification standard of each classification of emergency is extracted and coded by relevant files, and then the classification standard is formulated for all the classification levels. Thirdly, the feature attributes of the three dimensions of emergencies are stored in the form of concept tree. Finally, the feature dictionary is used to assist the collection and organization of emergency information.
