【摘要】：目的：①了解臨汾市男男性接觸者(MSM)人群社會學(xué)特征、_艾滋病防治知識知曉情況、性行為和吸毒行為特征；②了解臨汾市MSM人群人類免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒螺旋體(TP)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的感染狀況。③探討針對臨汾市MSM人群的艾滋病防治干預(yù)措施。 方法：①在臨汾市采用滾雪球法征集調(diào)查對象300人,在征得調(diào)查對象同意的前提下對調(diào)查對象進(jìn)行一對一的調(diào)查。調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括：一般人口學(xué)信息,艾滋病防治知識知曉情況,性行為特征及安全套使用情況,吸毒行為特征,最近一年性病患病情況,最近一年艾滋病預(yù)防性服務(wù)接受情況及艾滋病檢測情況。 ②現(xiàn)場采集調(diào)查對象靜脈血5ml,分離血清。分別進(jìn)行HIV抗體檢測、TP抗體檢測及HCV抗體檢測。 ③采用Excel 2003建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,SPSS 16.0進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析。 結(jié)果： ①300例調(diào)查對象中,72%來自其他場所(各類型的聚會)。MSM主要為青壯年人群,其中20-39歲的占80.00%；高達(dá)50.67%的MSM人群與異性建立了婚姻關(guān)系。MSM人群文化程度普遍較高。 ②臨汾市所調(diào)查的MSM人群中存在HIV、梅毒和HCV感染者,感染率分別為1.33%、1.33%、1.00%。 ③臨汾市MSM人群對艾滋病防治知識總體認(rèn)知水平較高,對艾滋病的三種主要傳播途徑和相關(guān)預(yù)防措施的知曉率均在90.00%以上。 ④96.00%的MSM在最近六個月內(nèi)存在同性肛交性行為,每次使用安全套的比例為53.82%。44.00%的MSM最近一周內(nèi)曾發(fā)生同性肛交性行為,以一周內(nèi)發(fā)生1次者最多,其中80.07%使用了安全套。 23.58%最近六個月曾發(fā)生同性商業(yè)性行為,其中每次使用安全套比例為46.27%,最近一次有71.64%使用安全套。 最近六個月有35.67%的MSM與異性發(fā)生性行為,每次使用安全套的比例僅14.02%,最近一次的安全套使用率為24.30%。 同性肛交性行為和同性商業(yè)性行為時安全套在最近一次性行為使用率和I最近六個月使用頻率無差異(X2=2.267,P=0.132；X2=2.310,P=0.129),均顯著高于異性性行為時安全套使用率和頻率(X2=65.069,P0.001；X2=115.046,P0.001)。 ⑤臨汾市MSM人群中未發(fā)現(xiàn)吸毒者。 ⑥臨汾市MSM最近一年,有10人曾患性病。 ⑦最近一年,有92.33%接受了安全套宣傳和發(fā)放/艾滋病咨詢與檢測服務(wù),47.00%接受了同伴教育。46.67%的MSM曾做艾滋病檢測。 結(jié)論： ①臨汾市所調(diào)查的MSM人群中存在HIV、TP和HCV感染,應(yīng)及時開展MSM人群艾滋病梅毒丙肝的防治工作。②臨汾市MSM人群普遍存在艾滋病高危行為,要針對不同的特點開展該地區(qū)艾滋病防制工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the sociological characteristics of MSM in Linfen City and to find out the knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment, the characteristics of sexual behavior and drug abuse. 2 to understand the infection status of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), Treponema pallidum (TPN) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) in MSM population of Linfen. 3. To explore the measures of AIDS prevention and treatment for MSM population in Linfen. Methods in Linfen City, 300 subjects were collected by snowball method and investigated one-to-one with the consent of the subjects. The contents of the survey include: general demographic information, knowledge of AIDS prevention and control, sexual characteristics and condom use, drug abuse behavior, and the prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases in the last year. In the last year, HIV / AIDS prevention service acceptance and HIV / AIDS detection were detected. 2 the blood samples were collected from 5 ml venous blood samples and serum samples were isolated. HIV antibody detection TP antibody detection and HCV antibody detection. 3 using Excel 2003 to establish a database SPSS 16.0 for statistical analysis of data. Results: 72% of the 1300 subjects were from other places. Up to 50.67% of MSM people have established marriage relationship with heterosexual. MSM population has generally higher educational level. 2 HIV, syphilis and HCV infection exist in MSM population investigated in Linfen City. The infection rate of MSM in Linfen City was 1.33 and 1.33 respectively. 3 the overall knowledge level of AIDS prevention and control among MSM people in Linfen City was relatively high. The awareness rate of the three main ways of transmission and related preventive measures of AIDS was over 90.00%. 496.00% of MSM had homosexual anal sex in the last six months. The rate of condom use in MSM was 53.82%. 44.00% of MSM had homosexual anal sex in the last week, most of which occurred once in one week, 80.07% of them used condom. 23.58% of MSM had commercial sex of the same sex in the last six months. The rate of condom use was 46.27% and 71.64%. In the last six months, 35.67% of MSM had sex with the opposite sex, and the rate of condom use was only 14.02%. The latest condom use rate was 24.30%. There was no difference in the rate of last sexual intercourse and the frequency of use of condom in the last six months. The rate of condom use was significantly higher than that in heterosexual sex. The rate of condom use was significantly higher than that of heterosexual sex (65.069P0.001). No drug users were found in MSM population in Linfen City. 6 in the last year of MSM in Linfen City, 10 people have been infected with sexually transmitted diseases. 92.33% of MSM received condom publicity and distribution / AIDS counseling and testing services. 47.00% received peer education. 46.67% of MSM had been tested for AIDS. Conclusion: 1 HIV / TP and HCV infection exist in MSM population investigated in Linfen city. The prevention and treatment of HIV / syphilis hepatitis C in MSM population should be carried out in time. Should aim at different characteristics to carry out AIDS prevention and control work in this area.
