【摘要】：目的分析內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)赤峰市手足口病流行特征和病原譜變化,為采取有效的防控措施提供參考依據(jù)。方法收集國(guó)家疾病監(jiān)測(cè)信息管理系統(tǒng)中2012年1月1日—2015年12月31日赤峰市上報(bào)的手足口病病歷資料和病原學(xué)檢測(cè)結(jié)果,分析手足口病的流行特征和病原譜變化情況。結(jié)果赤峰市2012—2015年共報(bào)告手足口病病例12 637例,年均發(fā)病率為72.74/10萬(wàn),其中2012—2015年手足口病發(fā)病率分別為75.38/10萬(wàn)、59.32/10萬(wàn)、106.75/10萬(wàn)、49.43/10萬(wàn),手足口病發(fā)病率較高且呈波浪式變化;發(fā)病時(shí)間主要集中在5—8月,4個(gè)月的手足口病發(fā)病例數(shù)為9 045例,占總發(fā)病例數(shù)的71.58%;發(fā)病年齡主要集中在1~6歲幼托和散居兒童,男女性別比為1.29:1;2012—2015年手足口病重癥病例29例,占發(fā)病總數(shù)的0.23%,死亡2例,重癥病例病死率為6.89%,全部病例病死率為0.02%;2012—2015年采集的2005份樣本中,檢出腸道病毒733份,陽(yáng)性率為36.46%,其中EV71、Cox A16、其他腸道病毒分別占28.37%、21.28%、50.34%。Cox A16是2012年赤峰市優(yōu)勢(shì)病毒,EV71是2013年赤峰市優(yōu)勢(shì)病毒,2014、2015年則以其他腸道病毒為主要病原,赤峰市不同年份病原分布差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=225.841,P0.05)。結(jié)論赤峰市手足口病發(fā)病率較高且呈波浪式變化,病原以EV71、Cox16和其他腸道病毒為優(yōu)勢(shì)病原交替流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics and pathogenic spectrum changes of hand, foot and mouth disease in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, so as to provide reference for effective prevention and control measures. Methods from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2015, the medical records of HFMD and the results of etiology were collected in the national disease surveillance information management system, and the epidemic characteristics and pathogeny spectrum of HFMD were analyzed. Results 12,637 cases of HFMD were reported in Chifeng from 2012 to 2015, with an average annual incidence of 72.74% / 100 000. The incidence of HFMD in 2012-2015 was 75.38% / 100 000, respectively. The onset time was mainly in May to August, and the number of HFMD cases in 4 months was 9 045, accounting for 71.58 of the total number of cases, and the age of onset was mainly in 1 or 6 years old young care children and children living in the diaspora. The sex ratio between men and women was 1.29: 1: 2012-2015, accounting for 0.23% of the total number of severe cases of hand, foot and mouth diseases, 2 cases died, and the mortality rate of severe cases was 6.89. The fatality rate of all cases was 0.02% of the 2005 samples collected in 2012-2015, and 733 cases of enterovirus were detected. The positive rate of EV71X Cox A16 and other enteric viruses were 28.37 and 21.28, respectively. Cox A16 was the dominant virus in Chifeng in 2012. EV71 was the dominant virus in Chifeng in 2014 in 2013, and other enterovirus was the main pathogen in 2015. There were significant differences in the distribution of pathogens in different years in Chifeng (蠂 225.841). Conclusion the incidence of HFMD in Chifeng is high and fluctuating. EV71Cox16 and other enterovirus are the dominant pathogens in Chifeng City.
