【摘要】：目的了解心電遙測盒的細(xì)菌污染情況,探索最佳消毒方法。方法選取某醫(yī)院心血管科患者使用的心電遙測盒,觀察采用無菌蒸餾水、速干手消毒凝膠、床單位臭氧消毒機(jī)消毒的效果。結(jié)果 3種方法消毒心電遙測盒,消毒效果均可達(dá)到III類環(huán)境物體衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。經(jīng)3種消毒方法處理后連續(xù)使用10人次,臭氧消毒機(jī)消毒的心電遙測盒細(xì)菌污染數(shù)明顯減少。結(jié)論臭氧消毒機(jī)是3種消毒心電遙測盒方法中的最佳方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the bacterial contamination of ECG telemetry box and explore the best disinfection method. Methods the efficacy of sterilizing sterilizer with sterilized distilled water, rapid drying hand disinfectant gel and bed unit ozone sterilizer was observed by using ECG telemetry box used in cardiovascular department of a certain hospital. Results the disinfection effect of three methods for ECG telemetry box can reach the hygienic standard of class III environmental objects. After being treated by three disinfection methods, 10 people were used continuously, and the number of bacterial contamination in ECG telemetry box disinfected by ozone disinfection machine was obviously reduced. Conclusion Ozone disinfector is the best method in three kinds of ECG telemetry box.
