【摘要】：目的為了消除麻疹和控制風疹,需進一步加強病原學的監(jiān)測。方法病原學監(jiān)測按WHO推薦的方法進行。結果 2011年6-12月122份麻疹咽拭子標本中分離出10株麻疹病毒,分離率為8.2%;50份風疹咽拭子標本中分離出24株風疹病毒,分離率為48.0%。經(jīng)核苷酸序列分析鑒定麻疹為H1a基因亞型,風疹為1E基因型,都是我國的優(yōu)勢基因型。結論麻疹、風疹的病原學監(jiān)測對消除麻疹和控制風疹都顯得尤為重要。重慶市目前流行的麻疹野病毒為H1a基因亞型,風疹野病毒為1E基因型,麻疹以散發(fā)為主,風疹以散發(fā)和暴發(fā)為主。為了進一步提高麻疹、風疹監(jiān)測質量,還需進一步加強和完善麻疹、風疹實驗室網(wǎng)絡建設。
[Abstract]:Objective to eliminate measles and control rubella, it is necessary to strengthen etiological surveillance. Methods the etiological monitoring was carried out according to the method recommended by WHO. Results from June to December 2011, 10 strains of measles virus were isolated from 122 specimens of measles throat swab, the isolation rate was 8.2%, 24 strains of rubella virus were isolated from 50 samples of rubella throat swab, the isolation rate was 48.0%. The nucleotide sequence analysis showed that measles is a subtype of H1 a gene and rubella is a 1e genotype, which is the dominant genotype in China. Conclusion the etiological surveillance of measles and rubella is very important for eliminating measles and controlling rubella. The prevalent wild measles virus in Chongqing is H1 a gene subtype, rubella virus is 1E genotype, measles is mainly sporadic, rubella is mainly sporadic and outbreak. In order to improve the quality of measles and rubella surveillance, it is necessary to strengthen and perfect the network of measles and rubella laboratories.
