【摘要】：目的了解蘇州市5歲以下兒童家長對手足口病的認知情況和EV71疫苗的接種意愿,為制定疫苗接種策略提供科學依據(jù)。方法采用分層隨機抽樣方法對托幼機構的兒童家長和社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心預防接種的5歲以下兒童的家長進行面對面問卷調查。結果本次共調查300名兒童家長,手足口病知識知曉率為68.67%,兒童家長對手足口病典型表現(xiàn)和易感人群知曉率較高,但對其傳播途徑和病原知曉率較低。多因素分析結果顯示,幼托兒童家長、文化程度高的家長、孩子患過手足口病的家長知曉率更高。調查顯示,19.00%的家長聽說過EV71疫苗,84.00%的兒童家長愿意給孩子接種EV71疫苗。認為手足口病嚴重的家長接種意愿較高。家長不愿意接種的原因主要為擔心疫苗不安全(64.58%)、疫苗有不良反應(64.58%)以及認為接種了疫苗也不一定能預防手足口病(31.25%)。結論今后應有針對性地開展手足口病的健康教育,進一步加強EV71疫苗的安全性和有效性等相關知識宣傳,提高EV71疫苗接種意愿。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the cognition of HFMD and EV71 vaccination intention of parents under 5 years old in Suzhou, and to provide scientific basis for making vaccination strategy. Methods Face-to-face questionnaires were conducted among parents of children in child-care institutions and parents of children under 5 years of age who were vaccinated in community health service centers by stratified random sampling. Results A total of 300 parents were investigated. The awareness rate of HFMD knowledge was 68.67. The awareness rate of HFMD typical manifestations and susceptible population was higher, but the rate of knowledge of HFMD transmission and pathogen was low. The results of multivariate analysis showed that parents of young children, parents with high education level and parents with HFMD had higher awareness rate. The survey shows that 19.00% of parents have heard of EV71 vaccine 84.00% of children are willing to vaccinate their children with EV71 vaccine. Parents with severe HFMD were more willing to inoculate. The main reasons why parents are unwilling to be vaccinated are that they are worried that the vaccine is unsafe and that there are adverse reactions (64.58) and that vaccination may not necessarily prevent HFMD from 31.25%. Conclusion Health education on HFMD should be carried out in the future, and the safety and effectiveness of EV71 vaccine should be further promoted, so as to improve the willingness to vaccinate EV71 vaccine.
