【摘要】：目的分析2011-2015年信陽(yáng)市發(fā)熱伴血小板減少綜合征(SFTS)病例流行病學(xué)特征。方法采用描述流行病學(xué)方法對(duì)2011-2015年信陽(yáng)市SFTS監(jiān)測(cè)資料進(jìn)行分析。利用PHGIS1.7.0軟件繪制SFTS病例縣區(qū)分布圖,各種率差異的比較使用χ2檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果 2011-2015年信陽(yáng)市共報(bào)告SFTS病例3 373例,發(fā)病率波動(dòng)在7.22/10萬(wàn)~19.80/10萬(wàn);死亡49例,病死率為1.45%。病例集中在商城縣、光山縣和mI河區(qū),占總病例數(shù)的70.29%。4-10月發(fā)病較多,占97.18%;5-7月為發(fā)病高峰,9月出現(xiàn)次高峰。病例年齡平均61歲,主要集中在40~79歲年齡組,占89.42%。女性發(fā)病率16.33/10萬(wàn),高于男性的10.08/10萬(wàn)(χ2=190.341,P0.001)。農(nóng)民發(fā)病3 241例,占96.09%。2011-2015年信陽(yáng)市SFTS病例中新布尼亞病毒的檢測(cè)陽(yáng)性率為61.09%,其中60~99歲最高為68.07%,不同年齡組病例檢測(cè)陽(yáng)性率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=72.666,P0.001)。結(jié)論信陽(yáng)市SFTS報(bào)告發(fā)病數(shù)呈逐年上升趨勢(shì),發(fā)病存在明顯的地區(qū)差異和季節(jié)性,人群普遍易感,農(nóng)村中老年女性高發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) in Xinyang City from 2011 to 2015. Methods the surveillance data of SFTS from 2011 to 2015 in Xinyang City were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Using PHGIS 1.7.0 software to draw the distribution map of SFTS cases county and district. The 蠂 2 test was used to compare the differences of various rates. Results A total of 3 373 cases of SFTS were reported in Xinyang City from 2011 to 2015. The incidence rate fluctuated from 7.22% to 100000 to 19.80% and 49 cases died (mortality rate was 1.45%). The cases were concentrated in Shangcheng County, Guangshan County and Li River area, which accounted for 70.29% of the total cases. The incidence in April to October was more than that in April to October, 97.18% was the peak in May to July, and the second peak occurred in September. The average age of the cases was 61 years old, mainly in the 40- 79 years old group (89.42%). The incidence rate in women was 16.33 / 100,000, which was higher than that in men (10.08 / 100,000) (蠂 ~ 2 = 1,90.341g, P 0.001). The positive rate of new Bunia virus in SFTS cases of Xinyang City from 2011 to 2015 was 61.099.The highest rate was 68.07in 60 ~ 99 years old, and there was significant difference among different age groups (蠂 ~ 2 / 72.666U / P 0.001). Conclusion the reported incidence of SFTS in Xinyang City is increasing year by year, there are obvious regional differences and seasonality, the population is susceptible to the disease, and the rural middle-aged and elderly women have a high incidence.
