石膏模型消毒后物理性能及消毒效果的比較研究

【摘要】: 目的研究不同消毒方法對(duì)石膏模型物理性能的影響及消毒后的消毒效果。 方法采用四種不同的消毒方法:紫外線照射、微波加熱、碘伏噴霧和“84”消毒液調(diào)拌法。①制作一個(gè)50 mm×10 mm×5 mm的自凝樹(shù)脂長(zhǎng)方體模具,翻制普通硬質(zhì)石膏和超硬質(zhì)石膏模型各25個(gè),選擇一組作為對(duì)照組,其余各組分別用上述4種消毒方法消毒,然后測(cè)定各組的抗彎強(qiáng)度及表面粗糙度。②制作一個(gè)三單位固定橋金屬模具,翻制普通硬質(zhì)石膏和超硬質(zhì)石膏模型各25個(gè),4種方法消毒后測(cè)定其尺寸變化。③灌制兩種石膏模型各25個(gè),分別用大腸桿菌和金黃色葡萄球菌的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)菌株對(duì)其進(jìn)行污染,消毒后測(cè)定抑菌率。 結(jié)果①紫外線照射及“84”消毒液調(diào)拌法對(duì)兩種石膏模型消毒后,模型消毒前后的抗彎強(qiáng)度及精度值均無(wú)顯著性差異(P>0.05)。②微波消毒后,兩種石膏模型的抗彎強(qiáng)度與對(duì)照組有極顯著性差異(P<0.01),尺寸精度與對(duì)照組也有顯著性差異(P<0.05)。③2.5%的碘伏噴霧后,兩種石膏模型的抗彎強(qiáng)度值有極顯著性差異(P<0.01)。④兩種石膏模型的表面粗糙度在消毒前后均無(wú)顯著性差異(P>0.05)。⑤四種消毒方法對(duì)兩種石膏模型消毒后,抑菌率均為100%. 結(jié)論①紫外線照射及“84”消毒液調(diào)拌法對(duì)模型的抗彎強(qiáng)度、尺寸精度及表面粗糙度均無(wú)明顯影響,抑菌率均為100%,符合臨床工作的要求,是理想的模型消毒方法。 ②微波加熱及碘伏噴霧法抑菌率均為100%,但對(duì)模型的強(qiáng)度及精度均有明顯影響,不適合模型的消毒。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the influence of different disinfection methods on the physical properties of gypsum model and the disinfection effect after disinfection.
Methods four different disinfection methods were used: ultraviolet radiation, microwave heating, iodophor spray and "84" disinfectant mixing method. (1) a 50 mm x 10 mm x 5 mm self condensing resin long cube mold was made to make the ordinary hard gypsum and the super hard gypsum model, each group was selected as the control group, and the other groups were treated with the above 4 kinds of disinfection respectively. Method disinfection, and then determine the flexural strength and surface roughness of each group. 2. Make a three unit fixed bridge metal mold, turn to the ordinary cemented gypsum and the super hard gypsum model each 25, 4 methods after disinfection to determine the size of the change. Two types of gypsum model 25, respectively, the standard of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus The strain was polluted and the bacteriostasis rate was determined after disinfection.
Results (1) there was no significant difference in bending strength and accuracy between the two kinds of gypsum models after disinfection by ultraviolet radiation and "84" disinfectant mixing method (P > 0.05). After microwave disinfection, the bending strength of two gypsum models was significantly different from that of the control group (P < 0.01), and the size accuracy was also significantly worse than that of the control group. (P < 0.05). After 2.5% iodophor spray, the flexural strength of the two gypsum models was significantly different (P < 0.01). (4) the surface roughness of the two gypsum models had no significant difference before and after disinfection (P > 0.05). 5. The bacteriostasis rate of four kinds of disinfection methods to two gypsum models were all 100%.
Conclusion (1) ultraviolet radiation and "84" disinfectant mixing method have no obvious effect on the bending strength, size accuracy and surface roughness of the model, and the bacteriostasis rate is 100%. It is in line with the requirements of clinical work and is an ideal method of model disinfection.
2. The bacteriostatic rate of microwave heating and iodophor spray method is 100%, but it has obvious influence on the intensity and precision of the model, and is not suitable for disinfection of the model.
